This study aims to analyze the implementation and obstacles of restorative justice in handling moral cases in the Banggai Resort Police and identify the obstacles faced in its implementation. The research method used is empirical legal research by conducting direct research in the field, especially in the Banggai Resort Police Criminal Investigation Unit. Crimes against morality are defined as violations of the norms that govern daily life and the moral values attached to it. Moral delinquency is difficult to formulate definitively because the acts that fall into this category do not always have clear limits. In addition, crimes against morality are not solely related to sexual problems, but also include moral values contained in personal relationships, household associations, and in the context of social, national, and state life. Restorative justice is a form of problem solving through discussion, peace efforts, and finding solutions to the problems faced because the law aims to create, maintain and maintain peace of society. The results of the study show that the Banggai Resort Police have implemented restorative justice in handling cases of moral crimes, such as the adultery case in Bunta District which was successfully resolved through mediation and a peace agreement. This approach is considered quite contributive in reducing stigma, preventing recurring conflicts, and restoring harmony in social relations. The implementation of restorative justice still faces several obstacles in the form of doubts and distrust from the victims' families, as well as obstacles arising from social influences and pressures.
