Abstract

Permasalahan sanitasi menjadi masalah diseluruh dunia, buruknya akses sarana sanitasi berkaitan erat dengan penularan berbagai macam penyakit menular. Sanitasi tempat-tempat umum merupakan masalah kesehatan yang penting karena tempat-tempat umum merupakan tempat bertemunya masyarakat banyak dengan segala penyakit yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan: untuk mengetahuai hubungan pegetahuan, sikap pedagang terhadap perilaku pedagang yang berkaitan dengan sanitasi lingkungan pasar Desa Bontoloe Kecamatan Bontolempangan Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pedagang pasar tradisional Desa Bontoloe dengan jumlah sampel 122 responden. Teknik pemilihan sampel dengan simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar observasi, analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan pedagang cukup sebanyak 56 responden (45,9%), sikap pedagang negatif sebanyak 68 responden (55,7%) dan perilaku pedagang kurang sebanyak 70 responden (57,4%). Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (p=0,034 < 0,05), sikap (p= 0,014 < 0,05) terhadap perilaku pedagang yang berkaitan dengan sanitasi lingkungan pasar tradisional desa bontoloe kecamatan bontolempangan kabupaten gowa. Saran bagi pedagang agar lebih meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menjaga sanitasi lingkungan pasar sedangkan bagi pemerintah setempat perlu adanya pemeliharaan tentang fasilitas dan meningkatkan ketersediaan sanitasi di pasar.

Abstract

This study to analyze innovation in public service governance and identify determinant factors that influence its implementation at Prima Husada Sengkang Hospital, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research informants consisted of 5 people: doctors, nurses, administrative staff, patients, and patients' families. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data presentation, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The results show that public service governance at Prima Husada Sengkang Hospital has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, responsiveness, and effectiveness. Supporting factors for innovation are the existence of good resolution and accommodation in resolving patient problems or complaints supported by effective communication and coordination. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors come from societal dynamics in the form of increasing public demands for service quality, expectations of cooperation with BPJS, improvements in service facilities, timeliness of doctor services, and network constraints that affect the use of SIM RS.

Abstract

Digital technological advancements have driven a paradigm shift towards Industry 4.0, characterized by the integration of cyber-physical systems and artificial intelligence in manufacturing processes. This study analyzes the role of Internet of Things (IoT) in accelerating Manufacturing 4.0 transformation, focusing on production efficiency optimization. Through a systematic literature review of 45 Scopus-indexed journals published between 2019-2024, complemented by experimental analysis on a laboratory-scale smart factory prototype, this research examines the implementation of IoT-based technologies such as predictive maintenance and digital twins. Results demonstrate that IoT integration significantly enhances production efficiency through real-time monitoring (30% downtime reduction), predictive maintenance (20% maintenance cost decrease), and data-driven supply chain optimization (15% energy savings). Case studies from Siemens and PT. Unilever Indonesia confirm that IoT sensor integration with ERP systems improves demand forecasting accuracy by 25% and reduces production errors to 0.001%. Despite challenges including high initial infrastructure costs and cybersecurity vulnerabilities, IoT implementation offers sustainable competitive advantages through enhanced operational efficiency, quality control, and resource management.
