Abstract

This article examines Matthew 28:19-20 as a theological and missiological foundation for multicultural theology. Using library research and grammatical-historical exegesis, it argues that the Great Commission is a cross-cultural disciple-making mandate. The main command is matheteusate, while going, baptizing, and teaching shape the process of discipleship among all nations. The phrase panta ta ethne reveals the multicultural horizon of Christ's mission: the gospel moves toward every human community without erasing cultural dignity. Christ's authority, the Trinitarian formula, and the promise of divine presence ground a faithful, humble, and transformative mission for the contemporary church.
