Abstract

This study is motivated by the varied public responses to the urban public transportation regulation policy, which indicate challenges in government public communication. This condition requires an effective communication strategy so that policy information can be properly understood and accepted by the public. This study aims to identify the forms of public communication and to analyze the communication strategies employed by the Bogor City Diskominfo in supporting the campaign for urban public transportation regulation. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and literature review. The findings show that public communication is carried out through the use of digital media, particularly Instagram, as the main channel for disseminating information. The communication is delivered through visual content such as infographics and videos designed to be easily understood and engaging for the audience. The communication strategy is structured systematically through stages of situation analysis, target audience identification, message formulation, media selection, and evaluation. Message delivery is designed to be concise, clear, and focused on the benefits for the public. Video-based content is found to be more effective than infographics in enhancing audience understanding and engagement. Public responses to the campaign remain varied and indicate challenges related to message clarity and information consistency. These findings suggest that well-planned and adaptive public communication is necessary to improve the effectiveness of policy dissemination and to encourage public participation.

Abstract

The development of social media encourages government institutions to utilize it as a public education tool, particularly in disaster contexts prone to misinformation. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram @infobmkg as a medium for tropical cyclone education and its communication effects. This research employs a qualitative case study approach using interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that social media management based on context, communication, collaboration, and connection has been implemented optimally. Furthermore, the educational content generates cognitive, affective, and behavioral effects, including increased understanding, emotional reassurance, and behavioral changes in filtering and sharing information. It is concluded that Instagram @infobmkg is effective as an educational medium to anticipate disaster-related misinformation.

Abstract

This study examines the CSR pendampingan and digital marketing activities carried out in the Strapping Waste Management program of PT IKPP Perawang. The primary issue identified is the public's perception of the industry's limits and the limitations of digital marketing capabilities in the workplace. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the effectiveness of the digital marketing activities carried out by CSR PT IKPP Perawang and to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing activities based on the kerajinan from limbah strapping. The primary issue that has been identified is the public's perception of the industry's limits and the limitations of digital marketing skills among pengrajin women. The purpose of this study is to illustrate the pendampingan communication strategy implemented by CSR PT IKPP Perawang and to analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies based on limbah strapping products. The methodology used in this study is deskriptif kualitatif; data is obtained through direct observation, interviews with primary and secondary sources of information, and literary analysis.
