Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan mitra PCNA Pringsewu adalah rendahnya pemahaman dan keterampilan anggota dalam menyelesaikan konflik anak secara konstruktif, yang masih didominasi pendekatan menghukum. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan penerapan Segitiga Restitusi dalam konteks keluarga dan sekolah. Metode yang digunakan meliputi (1) pra kegiatan, (2) kegiatan yang mencakup sosialisasi, penyuluhan, workshop, dan pendampingan kepada 27 anggota PCNA, dan (3) evaluasi melalui pretest-posttest, angket, serta penilaian praktik. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 85% dengan kategori “baik” dan “sangat baik”, yang menandakan bahwa kegiatan dinilai relevan, interaktif, dan bermanfaat bagi peserta. Pada aspek pemahaman konsep, terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata peserta dari 60 pada pretest menjadi 85 pada posttest atau meningkat sebesar 25%. Selain itu, hasil observasi keterampilan menunjukkan bahwa 85% peserta mampu menerapkan langkah-langkah segitiga restitusi secara sistematis dalam kegiatan simulasi dan role play dengan kategori “baik”.Abstract: The main problem faced by PCNA Pringsewu partners was the limited understanding and skills of members in resolving children's conflicts constructively, as conflict resolution practices were still predominantly based on punitive approaches. This community service program aimed to improve participants’ understanding and practical skills in implementing the Restitution Triangle within family and school contexts. The methods employed included: (1) a pre-activity stage, (2) implementation activities consisting of socialization, counseling, workshops, and mentoring for 27 PCNA members, and (3) evaluation through pretest-posttest assessments, questionnaires, and practical performance evaluations. The evaluation results showed that the participants’ satisfaction level reached 85% in the “good” and “very good” categories, indicating that the program was considered relevant, interactive, and beneficial for the participants. In terms of conceptual understanding, the participants’ average score increased from 60 on the pretest to 85 on the posttest, representing a 25% improvement. Furthermore, the results of the skills observation indicated that 85% of participants were able to systematically apply the steps of the Restitution Triangle during simulation and role-play activities, achieving a “good” category of performance.
