Abstract

Santri mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan struktural dan psikologis yang khas akibat tuntutan ganda yakni memnuhi standar akademik perguruan tinggi sekaligus mematuhi disiplin ketat Pesantren, khusunya target hafalan Al-Qur’an. Tekan multidimensi ini rentan memicu disonansi kognitif dan kelelahan emosional jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi dinamika komunikasi interpersonal dan dukungan teman sebaya sebagai mekanisme resiliensi pada santri mahasiswa yang menghadapi konflik peran ganda berupa tuntutan akademik perguruan tinggi dan kewajiban hafalan Al-Qur'an. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima santri mahasiswa di Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqon Tulis Kudus yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologis interpretatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal horizontal dimaknai sebagai ruang negosiasi utama dalam mengelola tekanan struktural pesantren. Melalui interaksi informal dengan teman sebaya, santri menafsirkan tekanan tersebut sebagai tantangan yang dapat dikelola, bukan semata sebagai beban. Dukungan teman sebaya dipahami sebagai relasi saling menguatkan yang membantu santri mempertahankan keberlangsungan studi dan kewajiban kepesantrenan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada kajian komunikasi interpersonal dengan menekankan pentingnya makna subjektif dan relasi teman sebaya dalam proses adaptasi konflik peran ganda santri mahasiswa.

Abstract

The Regional Representative Council is an upper house institution in the bicameral system, but its authority as a legislative institution is very limited and its existence is almost considered non-existent. This existential crisis has caused the Regional Representative Council to receive a lot of criticism as an institution that only spends the State budget because its functions and roles are considered unclear. This research aims to determine the performance of members of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Java Province amidst the limitations of their function and authority as an upper house institution in a bicameral system. In this research analysis, the researcher collected data using qualitative and quantitative methods where the researcher took data through a literature review in previous research and conducted direct interviews with members of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Java Province. This research contributes to introducing and understanding the performance of each committee of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia, Central Java Province amidst the limitations of its function as a legislatif institution. This study has limitations, including a focus on a single region, meaning the findings cannot be directly generalized, and a reliance on internal interviews, which may introduce reporter bias. For future research, a multi-province comparative study is recommended, employing a mixed-methods approach with public surveys and independent data.

Abstract

Regional head elections or Pilkada are electoral processes at the local level organized by the KPU in the region with the principles of direct, general, free, secret, honest, and fair elections. One of the central roles performed by the KPU is conducting political education. This is also what the KPU of Kudus Regency has done. One of the target points in the KPU's socialization program is first-time voters. First-time voters in the Kudus Pilkada are a central focus due to their fantastic number, according to the KPU Kudus's voter list totaling 145,140 first-time voters. This research aims to examine the steps taken by the KPU of Kudus Regency to increase voter participation. This research aims to understand the steps taken by the KPU (General Elections Commission) of Kudus Regency in increasing voter participation. The research method we used is descriptive qualitative research and data collection through observation and in-depth interviews. The findings include the role of the KPU of Kudus Regency in enhancing the political participation of first-time voters through several means, including 'KPU Kudus Goes To Campus'. Conclusion: The role performed by the KPU of Kudus Regency in increasing political participation among first-time voters is already optimal, although the delivery of material is less comprehensive. Meanwhile, the factors influencing the increase in voter participation are political party factors, political socialization with volunteers, and political awareness factors.

Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to analyze the synergy between multi-actor actors in the management of MECoK Ecopark in Jepara using the Ansell and Gash Collaborative Governance model perspective as a theoretical framework. Design/Methodology/Approach : The research adopted a qualitative approach using a case study. The study included primary data collected through interviews, documentation, and field observations. Secondary data was obtained through documentation studies on the organization's official website and literature review of e-books and e-journals. Findings : MECoK's management synergy aligns with Ansell and Gash's model of Starting Conditions, Facilitative Leadership, and Collaborative Process. However, there is a gap in Institutional Design, where collaboration is still conducted informally without a long-term management MoU. Nevertheless, MECoK has proven to contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).               Practical Implications : Research suggests the need for accountability mechanisms, role redistribution, and more structured cooperation agreements to shift collaboration from dependence on specific actors to institutional sustainability. Originality/Value : Different from previous research that focused on socio-ecological aspects, this paper provides novelty by examining the synergy of MECoK management using a collaborative governance framework, while also contributing theoretically by demonstrating that cohesion between actors can substitute institutional formalization as a determinant of collaboration effectiveness.
