Abstract

Employee loyalty is highly demanded in an institution, as higher employee loyalty leads to better performance, whereas low loyalty results in poor performance within the institution. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the extent to which Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline influence Employee Loyalty at the Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department of East Jakarta. This research employs a quantitative approach with a population consisting of all 58 employees at the sub-department. The sampling technique used is a census sampling method, where 100% of the population is taken as the sample. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using statistical analysis techniques. The findings reveal that Motivation influences Employee Loyalty by 59.7%, Work Environment by 32.1%, and Work Discipline by 69%. The combined influence of Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Loyalty is 77%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department enhance work motivation through a performance-based incentive system, strengthen employee relationships through teamwork initiatives and open communication, improve work discipline through policy socialization and supervision, and uphold the code of ethics through consistent enforcement and professional ethics training to reinforce employee loyalty.
