Abstract

Academic writing is developed by rehearsal. It requires further practice. Therefore, this paper aimed at finding to explore  the integration of self-regulated learning for university students in academic writing with AI mediation learning tools and to explore those strengths. This paper applied library research. Thus, the data were gained from scientific journal, proceeding, research articles, books, and so forth where those should be relevant with the topic discussed. The finding underscored two points. The first was that how integrate Artificial Intelligence AI with self-regulated learning a writing skills. The second, the benefits regarded on those integration. The recommendation was delivered in the pedagogic and future research aspects. For pedagogic, educators curriculum maker and AI experts should discuss together to set valuable curriculum, learning writing materials, instructions and so forth.  For future researcher, further researches should be conducted with the different study level, and different language skills to analyze comprehensively toward those integrations in order to gain wider perspectives.

Abstract

In the hyper-competitive era of digital market disruption, strategic innovation is fundamentally contingent upon the architectural configuration of an organization's relational capital. This study investigates the critical cascade of vertical Leader–Member Exchange (LMX) into horizontal Team–Member Exchange (TMX) and evaluates the structural impact of LMX differentiation on group dynamics. Employing a rigorous mixed-methods architecture, this research integrates a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA protocol with an advanced quantitative bibliometric network analysis of 500 high-impact articles sourced from Scopus and Web of Science. The empirical synthesis reveals that while isolated, high-quality LMX effectively drives exploitative operational efficiency, it is insufficient to sustain long-term exploratory innovation. Instead, robust TMX networks are mandatory to establish the psychological safety required to operationalize intellectual capital and navigate external market shocks. Furthermore, the findings demonstrate that LMX differentiation operates as an economic double-edged sword; although it is functionally necessary for the optimal allocation of strategic resources, it frequently precipitates destructive relational ambivalence and defensive knowledge-hiding behaviors if mismanaged. The analysis concludes that cultivating a rigorous procedural justice climate is the indispensable mediator for neutralizing this interpersonal friction. Ultimately, strategic executives must transition relationship management from a peripheral human resources function into a core dynamic capability, balancing meritocratic differentiation with dense horizontal cohesion to ensure institutional agility and sustainable competitive advantage.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Writing is a language skill that is developed through continuous practice, including in poetry writing. However, in instructional practice, poetry writing activities tend to focus mainly on aesthetic aspects of language and have not widely incorporated more contextual linguistic approaches, particularly pragmatic analysis. In addition, scholarly studies integrating poetry writing with a pragmatic perspective remain relatively limited. Therefore, this study aims to explore poetry writing through a pragmatic analysis approach and to examine its contribution to the development of students’ critical thinking and writing skills. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by systematically reviewing textbooks, journal articles, and previous studies relevant to poetry writing and pragmatics. The research stages include collecting relevant literature, analyzing the concepts of writing and poetry, examining pragmatic contexts, and synthesizing the relationship between pragmatics and the poetry writing process. The findings indicate that integrating pragmatic analysis into poetry writing instruction has the potential to enhance students’ ability to generate and develop ideas, understand contextual meanings, and foster critical language awareness. The main conclusion of this study emphasizes that a pragmatic approach can serve as a strategic alternative in poetry writing instruction, with pedagogical implications highlighting the need for collaboration between educators and curriculum developers, as well as opportunities for further research examining the relationship among pragmatics, poetry, and learners’ levels of language proficiency.
