Abstract

ABSTRACT. Lecturers are one of the important components in Higher Education. The roles, duties and responsibilities of lecturers become an important matter in the role of contributing to the realization of the National Education Goals. One component is the involvement of lecturers in implementing the Tridharma of Higher Education as a form of lecturer performance. The Tridharma includes education and teaching, research, and community service. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the performance of private university (PTS) middle class lecturers in Malang City, especially in the field of research, which has not received much attention. The research method used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire distributed to 40 PTS lecturers in the middle cluster in Malang City. Data analysis techniques using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of ability and expertise (X1), motivation (X2), organizational resources (X3), leadership (X4), and organizational structure (X5) simultaneously affected the research performance of PTS lecturers in the middle cluster in Malang. Keywords: Ability And Expertise, Motivation, Organizational Resources, Leadership, Organizational Structure, Lecturer Research Performance

Abstract

The post-pandemic economic decline caused company values ​​to weaken. In order to increase business capacity, a strategy for determining selling prices and tax planning is needed. This research aims to descriptively explore strategies for increasing the value of MSME companies. The research method was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach carried out by Basuki Lacasa Art who is experienced in the furniture export sector. The informant in this research was Roy Anugerah, who informed that maintaining the value of his company in export activities was based on tax planning strategies. The tax planning carried out is with the Import - Export Facility (KITE), Tax Holiday and Tax Allowance, apart from that the Company needs to carry out financial operational management that takes into account the imposition of PPh 22. Pricing strategies are Cost-Plus Pricing, Value-Based Pricing, and Premium Pricing is an important consideration for the success of an export business. The results of this research can be used as material for consideration by small, micro and medium industries by focusing on tax planning and pricing to achieve optimal company value.   Abstrak Penurunan ekonomi pasca pandemi menyebabkan nilai perusahaan turut melemah. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis dibutuhkan strategi penetapan harga jual dan perencanaan pajak.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami secara deskriptif terkait strategi peningkatan nilai Perusahaan UMKM. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang dilakukan pada Basuki Lacasa Art yang berpengalaman di bidang ekspor mebel. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Roy Anugerah, yang menginformasikan bahwa mempertahankan nilai perusahaannya pa-da aktivitas ekspor berdasarkan pada strategi perencanaan pajak. Perencanaan pajak yang dilakukan adalah dengan Fasilitas Kemudahan Impor - Ekspor (KITE), Tax Holiday dan Tax Allowance, selain itu Perusahaan perlu melakukan pengelolaan operasional keuangan yang mempertimbangkan pengenaan PPh 22. strategi penetapan harga yaitu Cost-Plus Pricing, Value-Based Pricing, dan  Premium Pricing menjadi pertimbangan penting bagi kesuksesan bisnis ekspor. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan industri kecil mikro menengah dengan berfokus pada perencanaan pajak dan penetapan harga untuk mencapai nilai perusahaan yang optimal.

Abstract

Hospitals play a frontline role in healthcare services and serve as the starting point for the community's interaction with the healthcare system, thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of public health status. As the population increases, the demand for healthcare services also rises. Public awareness of health and a higher level of education make them increasingly understand health issues, accompanied by expectations for quality and satisfactory healthcare services. Hospital management must pay attention to employee welfare, especially in terms of compensation and career development, in order to provide resources capable of meeting the demands of optimal service. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of compensation and career development on employee performance at Prima Husada Hospital Malang, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach employing multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using SPSS. The results show that compensation and career development have a significant impact on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. These results are expected to assist in the development of strategies to improve employee performance, particularly in companies operating in the public service sector.
