Objectives: To describe a comparative study of the completeness of nursing care documentation in the application of documentation based on Nanda NIC NOC and IDHS, SLKI, SIKI. Methods: This comparative study was conducted in the Inpatient Room of Malingping Hospital and Serang City Hospital in April-June 2022 with a total sampling of 80 nurses and 80 medical records that were selected randomly. The observation sheet is used to record the completeness of the documentation. Data were analyzed using independent t test and multiple linear regression multivariate analysis. Results: Completeness of documentation for 3S 90.74% and Nic NOc 74.04%. There is a difference in the completeness of the documentation with a p value of 0.000. Conclusion: 3S documentation is more complete than Nic Noc

Workload refers to the number of tasks and responsibilities that must be carried out by a person in their job. Meanwhile, job satisfaction refers to the level of satisfaction a person has with their job. Methods: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between staff planning by the head of the room and workload with nurse job satisfaction. Methods: This study used quantitative research with descriptive research design and crosssectional approach. The sample size was 98 nurses of RSIJ Cempaka putih using stratified random sampling technique of finite population. Data collection using questionnaires and statistical tests with the Chi Square test. Results: chi square test there is a significant relationship or there is a relationship between power planning by the head of the room with nurse job satisfaction (p value = 0.031). There is a relationship between workload and nurse satisfaction (p value= 0.000). The dominant variable associated with nurse ob satisfaction is workload Conclusion: Nurses with high workloads are at risk of becoming dissatisfied with their work. Nursing management should pay attention to nurses' workloads by planning a balanced nursing workforce based on the number of staff, types of staff, and educational qualifications of nursing staff in accordance with the workload in each treatment room. Abstract

ntroduction: Nurses play a pivotal role in the provision of healthcare services both within the Indonesian context and on a worldwide scale. The development of nursing competence is crucial in order to guarantee the provision of high-quality healthcare services. To examine the elements that are linked to the enhancement of nurse competence by means of the adoption of nursing career paths within hospital settings in Indonesia. Methods: A descriptive analytical design, utilising a cross-sectional approach with a sample size of 197 nurses. The data was obtained by administering a meticulously evaluated questionnaire, designed by the researchers, to the participants. The questionnaire's validity (r=0.361) and reliability (r=0.933) were thoroughly assessed. The analysis of the research data was conducted utilising multiple linear regression tests. Results: As established through the use of multiple linear regression tests, demonstrate a statistically significant positive association (p<0.05) between organisational loyalty, organisational support, guidance, and financing, and the implementation of nurse competence quality. The obtained coefficient of determination was 0.260, suggesting that the four independent variables considered in this study have the ability to collectively account for 26% of the variability observed in the implementation of nurse competence quality. It is important to note that the remaining variation is likely impacted by additional factors not included in the analysis. The guiding element has been identified as the primary determinant in the cultivation of quality competence within hospital settings while implementing nursing career routes. Conclusion: The present study establishes that factors such as organisational loyalty, organisational support, mentorship for nurses, and financial resources for career advancement have a significant impact on the enhancement of nursing competency along the career trajectory within hospital settings. The variable exerting the most significant influence is the provision of instructions for nurses.
