Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji tingkat kelayakan serta respon siswa terhadap media pembelajaran video berbasis animasi 3D pada materi Sistem Transmisi Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) di SMK Negeri 10 Malang. Masalah utama yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah sulitnya siswa memvisualisasikan mekanisme kerja komponen internal CVT yang bersifat tertutup dan dinamis melalui media konvensional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket validasi ahli dan angket respon pengguna yang melibatkan 25 siswa kelas XI Teknik dan Bisnis Sepeda Motor (TBSM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan yang sangat tinggi, dengan validasi ahli materi mencapai 95,7%, ahli media 95%, dan desain instruksional 86,66%. Uji lapangan terbatas juga menunjukkan respon siswa yang sangat positif dengan persentase di atas 91% pada seluruh aspek. Keunggulan media ini terletak pada visualisasi teknis yang detail dan aksesibilitas melalui platform Lumi Education. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi 3D ini sangat layak dan praktis digunakan sebagai solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman visual siswa dalam pembelajaran otomotif.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based Collaborative Project Management Platform as a supporting learning media for the Basic Software Engineering subject in vocational high schools. This research used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model, consisting of analyze, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research subjects consisted of one media expert, one material expert, and 34 tenth-grade students of the Software Engineering program at SMK Negeri 8 Malang. Data collection techniques used media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, and user response questionnaires. The results showed that the media expert validation obtained a percentage of 98% with the “Very Valid” category, the material expert validation obtained 98.3% with the “Very Valid” category, and the user testing obtained 80.8% with the “Fairly Valid” category. These results indicate that the Collaborative Project Management Platform is feasible to be used as a collaborative project-based learning medium. The platform is able to support collaboration activities, task distribution, project progress monitoring, and assist teachers in monitoring students’ contributions during the learning process.

Abstract

Vocational learning in vocational high schools requires the integration of conceptual competence, practical skills, and work readiness aligned with industry needs. However, learning in the Fashion Design and Production specialization still faces challenges related to the gap between learning materials, industrial development, and the implementation of competency-based assessment. In addition, practical learning activities are often oriented toward product completion without continuous reflection and evaluation. This study aims to formulate a conceptual model of a sustainable learning module for productive subjects in the Fashion Design and Production specialization. The study employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach through the analysis of reputable international journals, academic books, and relevant educational policy documents. The findings indicate that a sustainable learning module designed through a cycle of needs analysis, product planning, production practice, authentic assessment, reflection, feedback, and gradual quality improvement can enhance the quality of vocational learning. The integration of digital technology, authentic assessment, and sustainable fashion principles becomes an essential component in module development. The proposed model is adaptive and oriented toward the gradual improvement of students’ practical work quality in accordance with industry demands.

Abstract

The fashion industry requires vocational high school students to understand industrial work systems and production documentation in addition to sewing skills. One important document in the garment industry is the tech pack, which functions as a technical communication guide in clothing production. However, students at SMK Cendikia Bangsa still have limited understanding of the meaning, function, and preparation of a tech pack, while learning activities remain focused on garment-making practices without industry-based learning media. Therefore, this study aims to formulate a conceptual model of tech pack learning media to support the work readiness of vocational high school students in the Fashion Design and Production specialization. This study employed a literature review method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and literature review, while data analysis used content analysis techniques. The findings resulted in a conceptual model of tech pack learning media consisting of industry needs, industry-based competencies, learning problems, learning media development, contextual learning implementation, and expected learning outcomes. The model is expected to improve students’ understanding of tech pack preparation, technical communication skills, and work readiness in the fashion industry.
