Abstract

Objectives: To examine the effects of social support and work-life balance on teacher performance at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik. Methods: Quantitative research involving 65 teachers selected through saturated sampling, analyzed using multiple linear regression. Research Gap/Novelty: Integrates social support and work-life balance as determinants of teacher performance within a religious educational institution. Results: Social support and work-life balance positively and significantly influenced teacher performance, highlighting the importance of supportive environments and balanced professional responsibilities. Conclusion: Strengthening social support and promoting work-life balance are essential strategies for improving teacher performance.
