Annaba : Jurnal Pendidikan Islam Volume 2, No. 1, Maret 2016 Abstract: Education institution and society are unity which not be able to be separated, in spite of every educational activities should be suitable for community, it is mean that both education and public community have mutual understanding each other. To relate the school and public, its need special management and good public relations in the Islamic education school so there is harmony relations between the school and public to increase the school educational quality. By this way, the thesis title is relations strategy of school with public for developing the Islamic education School (case study of 01 Muhammadiyah senior high school of Gresik). The research mends to understand and explain the relations strategy of school and public for developing Islamic education School in 01 Muhammadiyah senior high school. The research uses the quality approach which was designed by case study he fill collection is done by interview technique; observation and documentation. The information election is done purposefully and be combined in snow ball sampling. To get validity and good fill so using of correct observation, triangulation and peer debriefing. Then the fill is be interactively analyzable by fill education, fill expression and conclusion. The research result explains that school and public relationship principle being run in Shalahuddin are lawfully (al `adl), discipline, wise full (al hikmah), well advice (al mau`idhah hasanah), realistic argumentation (mujadalah) and good example (uswatun hasanah). To make friendly with internal public is using of discussion between committee and teachers to grow of struggle main, giving simultaneous motivation, visiting, maximize of mosque function, ask god for helping (istighotsah), holy Qur`an studies, praying together, female activity, diba` or shalawat Nabi (greeting) to prophet, and ramadhan activity. Besides strategy and form of school and public relationship with external public are promotion, social activity (Baksos), families student meeting, study tour, theater art, sport, meeting and discussing of Al Ma`arif members, general discussion etc. and making relationship with governance. The last expression from researcher are (1) it should be made permanent human relation and not only for temporary so to be easily control and evaluation (2) effectiveness of Shalahuddin human relation to be improved time by time (3) it is needed creative thinking of new program is suitable for science and technology development, example inter net computerized etc. (4) to so the Islamic characteristic, so Shalahuddin senior high school should be having to all students especially woman for wearing Islamic performance as like using vile o cover woman body, we have known the women lady is aurat (part of body that forbidden to showed for Islam) so to cover it must be done. (5) To get more financial it should be found from another resources not only the first pay mint.

Geographical and agricultural conditions exist in the Madura Island that the Madura Island is an area with hot temperatures and has a low rainfall. This research was conducted in the tropics with little rainfall, this study also looked at whether the location intended by the researchers could be used to carry out the process of cultivating oyster mushrooms and whether this effort could continue to be developed. This research used a qualitative paradigm approach to provide an aspect of flexibility in gathering information from informants about the development of oyster mushroom cultivation. The results of this research can be seen cultivation of white oyster mushroom can be done in lowland area with the supporting factors such as land, water resources and other support. This cultivation business can be done by all gender. The potential or business opportunities through the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms in low areas is very large because the results obtained can be doubled from the capital that must be issued by the business. Actually we can get more profit if farmers can be more creative by processing white oyster mushrooms into processed products that have added value then the farmers will also get bigger results again, not even just doubled but can be many times over. Because the real business should be able to think creative and innovative.

Background – Rapid economic development and growth has encouraged women to participate in fulfilling household needs. So it is not surprising that nowadays we often find working women. Women who have a career when they are married will have a dual role, and this will have an impact on family management. Aim – This study aims to see the dual role of career women in carrying out family management. Design / methodology / approach – The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with interview and observation data collection techniques. Findings – The results of this study state that every woman who has multiple roles must be able to manage their lives well and divide it into four management types, namely time management, conflict management, self management and education management. If career women can manage these four managements well, their family life and career will be ideally organized. Research implication – The results of this study provide knowledge to the reader to be able to manage the organization in the family, especially for families who have multiple roles. Limitations – The focus of this study is only on women who live in urban areas.

The number of unemployed continue to rise, people can not afford to make business that is caused by bumped capital, skills, and limited market access. In fact, positive benefits for migrant workers who work abroad are also many to get jobs, income, improve welfare and develop skills. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by making the migrant workers and former migrant workers as key informant as well as to extract the data through 3 kinds of way, interview, observation and documentation. From this research, there are many factors that influence the people of Gresik Regency to become migrant workers such as, at least the employment around them, the low level of education, the economic factor of the family, and the environment, whether from the internal family and the environment. Another thing that gained from this research is still many people who become TKI with illegal status.

Financial behavior is the ability to manage, plan, budget, manage, and save money in life. The results of the pre-survey conducted by researchers showed that university of Muhammadiyah Gresik management students in 2018-2020 were still unable to manage finances properly. This research aims to find out the influence of Financial Attitude, Financial Knowledge, and Income on Financial Behavior on University of Muhammadiyah Gresik Management Students. The research method used quantitative research methods with a sample of 257 respondents. The data obtained is analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 20 program. The results showed that financial attitude has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, financial knowledge has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior, and income has a positive and significant effect on financial behavior.

The background of this research is that the performance of employees at PT Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry has decreased. This study aims to test the influence of motivation, discipline and compensation on employee performance at PT. Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Brilliant Jaya Wood Industry, totaling 73 employees, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using a saturated sample. The reason is because the sampling of the population is less than 100. The sample studied by the researcher is 73 employees. The analysis technique uses instrument testing, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. For the test tool, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) is used. The results of this study indicate that work motivation, work discipline, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah menjadikan internet sebagai kebutuhan yang sangat penting untuk mengenali berbagai informasi yang dibutuhkan. Manfaat internet cukup besar dirasakan terutama dalam dunia bisnis, hiburan dan pendidikan. Kelurahan Lumpur merupakan kelurahan yang memiliki banyak kekayaan alam seperti pesisir yang mampu menghasilkan sumber daya alam dan kesenian budaya , potensi seperti adanya icon kelurahan berupa Bale tempat perkumpulan warga,tempat pelelangan ikan, festival kesenian Tari Pontang dan Pencak Macan, dan berbagai olahan kerupuk telur ikan khas Kelurahan Lumpur Gresik. Namun segala kekayaan tersebut belum sepenuhnya terekspose didunia maya. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi kelurahan yang berbasis website untuk mengekspose kekayaan alam budaya dan sumber daya alam yang ada di kelurahan lumpur dan profil kelurahan serta mengoptimalkan keberadaan kekayaan alam Kelurahan Lumpur agar informasi tentang kekayaan alam tersebut bisa tersampaikan keseluruh pengguna internet sehingga bisa meningkatkan minat wisatawan yang akan berkunjung dan meningkatkan anggaran pendapatan Kelurahan Lumpur.

Background - Discipline is certainly an absolute requirement for the progress of the company or the progress of each individual. Without discipline, it would be impossible for all targets to be achieved properly, but at PD. BPR Bank Gresik there are employees who take disciplinary actions. Objective - To analyze the crimes committed by employees as well as the efforts made by PD. BPR Bank Gresik in improving employee discipline. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research is a type of qualitative research. Findings - The cause of disciplinary action information about weather conditions, interests, time scheduling and family conditions. The cause of disciplinary action by leaving early is unexpected conditions and needs for family needs, employees who do not use shoes when working hours are still ongoing due to weather conditions, healthy conditions, while employees who do not use ID cards are because employees think that the use of ID cards is only used when there is a meeting outside the office. Research implications - Research contributes to minimizing individual action. Research limitations - This research is expected to better prepare themselves in the process of retrieval, study data and everything else and further researchers are expected to be able to carry out deeper research with different methods related to Disciplinary Action.

The background in this research is the idea of being able to return business capital from existing capital in Srowo Village. This study aims to examine the meaning of capital in the perspective of customs and the meaning of capital in the perspective of folkways or habits of cracker entrepreneurs in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency. This study uses a qualitative method. The subjects in this study were Fish Cracker Businesses in Srowo Village, Gresik Regency, while the sampling used the Non Probability Sampling technique using Purposive Sampling. The reason is because sampling has more characteristics or generalizations. The sample studied by the researcher was Mr. Kinun as the village apparatus in Srowo Village and also one of the cracker entrepreneurs who the researchers used as the gatekeeper, the first person as the researcher's data source who understands and has experience. The analysis technique uses data collection methods through interviews, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study indicate that obedience is caused by devotion to ancestors by preserving inheritance which can be used as a business opportunity in carrying out obligations to earn a living. Innovation profit due to business success from investment and achievement in their business continuity.
