<![CDATA[This study is motivated by the importance of literary works as reflections of social life that portray social conflicts, class stratification, and social realities through characters and storylines. The study aims to describe social conflict, social class structure, and the reflection of social reality in the novel Cinta Bertabur di Langit Mekkah by Roidah using Alan Swingewood’s sociology of literature approach. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The data consisted of text excerpts from the novel relevant to the research focus and were collected through reading, note-taking, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, classification, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that social conflict in the novel is dominated by conflicts between individuals and their social environment as well as intergroup conflicts influenced by differences in values, interests, and social backgrounds. The social class structure is portrayed through economic stratification and the social status of the characters, which affect interpersonal relationships within society. In addition, social reality is represented through social inequality, religious values, and the dynamics of modern social life. This study concludes that the novel functions not only as an aesthetic work but also as a medium of social criticism that contextually represents social conditions. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya karya sastra sebagai refleksi kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang menggambarkan konflik, stratifikasi sosial, dan realitas kehidupan melalui tokoh serta alur cerita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konflik sosial, struktur kelas sosial, dan cerminan realitas sosial dalam novel Cinta Bertabur di Langit Mekkah karya Roidah dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi sastra Alan Swingewood. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Data penelitian berupa kutipan-kutipan teks dalam novel yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik baca, catat, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, klasifikasi, interpretasi, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik sosial dalam novel didominasi oleh konflik individu dengan lingkungan sosial serta konflik antarkelompok yang dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan nilai, kepentingan, dan latar belakang sosial. Struktur kelas sosial digambarkan melalui stratifikasi ekonomi dan status sosial tokoh yang memengaruhi hubungan antartokoh dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, realitas sosial direpresentasikan melalui ketidaksetaraan sosial, nilai-nilai religius, dan dinamika kehidupan masyarakat modern. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa novel tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai karya estetis, tetapi juga sebagai media kritik sosial yang merepresentasikan kondisi masyarakat secara kontekstual.]]>
