Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things (IoT) has transformed smart transportation systems and modern fleet management, with web technology serving as the integration platform connecting IoT devices, management systems, and users. This systematic research examines the implementation of web technology for real-time vehicle monitoring, machine learning-based route optimization, predictive maintenance, and analytics dashboards. The system architecture involves four layers: IoT (vehicle sensors), communication (MQTT, REST API, WebSocket), cloud computing (big data processing), and presentation (Progressive Web Apps, React/Vue.js). The system integrates GPS data, telemetry, fuel consumption, driving behavior, and traffic conditions for operational optimization. Research findings show operational efficiency improvements of 30-40%, maintenance cost reduction of 25%, fuel consumption decrease of 15-20%, and incident rate reduction of 35%. Challenges include data security, system interoperability, infrastructure scalability, protocol standardization, and legacy system integration. This research provides reference architecture, technology evaluation framework, best practices, and digital transformation roadmap for various organizational scales and fleet types.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital health technology has encouraged the adoption of web- based applications to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and quality of healthcare services. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) on the development of Web-Based Applications for Health Service Management (E-Health System) published between 2020 and 2025. A total of 20 empirical and review studies were selected from reputable databases using the PRISMA 2020 framework. The review identifies five dominant thematic findings: (1) increasing use of telemedicine and patient portals during and after the COVID-19 pandemic;  (2)  the importance of usability and  e-health  literacy for user adoption;  (3) interoperability and integration challenges with Electronic Health Records (EHR); (4) data security, privacy protection, and trust issues; and (5) implementation barriers in low- and middle-income countries, including infrastructure and regulatory limitations. The findings indicate that web-based e-health applications provide significant potential to enhance healthcare delivery performance, yet their successful implementation requires user-centered design, standardized interoperability, robust information security, and supportive public policies. This study contributes to future research by highlighting critical development factors and offering recommendations for more inclusive, secure, and sustainable e-health implementation.

Abstract

The rapid development of web technology has significantly transformed the education sector, particularly in the implementation of adaptive e-learning systems. Adaptive e-learning utilizes learner data to personalize learning content, learning paths, and feedback according to individual needs and abilities. This study aims to analyze research trends, technologies, and findings related to the use of web technology in adaptive e-learning systems through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The review was conducted on 20 selected scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 obtained from reputable digital databases. The results show that web-based adaptive e-learning systems contribute positively to learning effectiveness, student engagement, and learning efficiency. Key technologies identified include learning analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and web-based learning management systems. Despite the benefits, challenges remain in terms of system complexity, data privacy, infrastructure readiness, and educator competence. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the current state of research and offers insights for future development of adaptive e-learning systems in education.

Abstract

Digital transformation has driven healthcare systems to shift from conventional service models toward more integrated, efficient, and accessible care delivered through web-based e-health platforms. Web-based e-health applications have become the backbone of this transformation by offering innovative solutions to improve service quality, medical data accuracy, and patient satisfaction. This study aims to systematically map the technological architectures, functional features, implementation challenges, and impacts of web application development for healthcare service management (E-Health Systems) through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The research method employed a systematic review of 20 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025, retrieved from reputable databases including IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Google Scholar, based on clearly defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The synthesis results indicate that modern architectures based on React.js, Node.js, microservices, and cloud computing are widely adopted to support intelligent Electronic Medical Records (EMR), integrated telemedicine ecosystems, and healthcare data analytics modules. The most frequently implemented features include web-based EMR, comprehensive telemedicine services, and data analytics platforms for clinical decision support. However, several key challenges remain, particularly advanced cybersecurity risks, interoperability gaps despite the adoption of standards such as FHIR, and socio-technical barriers affecting system acceptance and utilization by healthcare professionals and patients. These findings emphasize that the successful implementation of web-based e-health applications depends heavily on the integration of reliable technologies, user-centered interface design, and ethical data governance to ensure secure, inclusive, and patient-centered healthcare services.

Abstract

Chronic diseases require effective long-term management, and advances in information technology have promoted the use of web-based health information systems to support chronic disease care. This study presents a systematic review of web-based health information systems used in chronic disease management. Literature was collected from PubMed, IEEE Xplore, and Google Scholar and selected based on predefined criteria. The results show that these systems improve patient monitoring, medication adherence, communication between patients and healthcare providers, and medical data management efficiency. Key features such as electronic health records, remote monitoring, and web-based health education support clinical decision-making and patient self-management. However, challenges related to data security, system interoperability, and user adoption remain. Overall, web-based health information systems show strong potential in enhancing chronic disease management, although further improvements are needed to ensure secure, user-friendly, and integrated healthcare systems.

Abstract

The development of the Internet of Things (IoT), web technology, cloud computing, digital twins, and data analytics has driven a major transformation in the transportation and fleet management sectors. This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 20 international publications from 2020–2025 that highlight the integration of web technologies (REST APIs, web dashboards, cloud platforms), IoT sensors, telematics, digital twins, and machine learning in smart transportation and fleet management. The SLR process followed the PRISMA steps, starting with the identification of 842 articles, title/abstract selection, eligibility assessment, and final screening. The results reveal five main focuses: (1) IoT-based sensing & monitoring, (2) Web-based fleet dashboards & APIs, (3) Data analytics & predictive maintenance, (4) Digital twin-enabled transportation optimization, and (5) Security & interoperability. Cluster analysis reveals a shift in innovation from simply vehicle tracking to real-time data-driven systems and digital twins. This research produces a conceptual model of digital transformation that integrates web technologies, analytics, IoT, and digital twins to support intelligent transportation systems. The study also identifies gaps such as sensor security, web services interoperability, and the lack of large-scale implementation.
