Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of End-to-End HR Acquisition and competency fit on employee performance in Indonesia's banking sector. Using a qualitative approach with case studies on BRI, BCA, Mandiri, BNI, and BSI, it examines competency gaps during digital transformation. The results indicate that integrated HR Acquisition (from planning to onboarding) significantly improves the quality of human resource input. Competency fit (person-job fit) is identified as a key factor in optimizing work effectiveness and service quality. While each bank's strategy remains contextual to its business model, both variables integratively complement each other to enhance organizational performance.
