Abstract

Intersection Four Trunojoyo - KH. Sajad - Dr. Wahidin are intersections included in the Trunojoyo road network. Intersection Four Trunojoyo - KH Sajad - Dr. Wahidin is a newly implemented intersection because it was not an intersection five years ago. The research aims to analyse the performance of the signalised intersection at the Trunojoyo - KH Sajad - Dr. Wahidin. The study analysis used PTV Vistro software. The modelling method refers to HCM 2010. Modelling is done with two scenarios: existing and locally optimised conditions. After modelling the existing conditions, validation is carried out through queue length using Microsoft Excel software. There is an increase in performance modelling when a single optimisation scenario and vehicle actuated is carried out compared to existing conditions. In the existing conditions, the Trunojoyo - KH. In the morning peak hour, Sajad - Dr. Wahidin Interchange produces a DS value = 0.39, D = 34.52 seconds /mp, and the afternoon peak hour DS value = 0.41 and D = 38.59. The best optimisation performance is in the vehicle actuated optimisation type scheme 1, with an extension time of 2 seconds. The intersection of Trunojoyo - KH. Sajad - Dr. Wahidin has a degree of saturation (DS) = 0.34 and delay = 19.4 sec/smp in the morning peak hour, while the afternoon peak hour produces a degree of saturation (DS) = 0.41 and delay = 21.18 sec/smp. The use of detectors in PTV Vistro modeling can improve intersection performance, followed by the appropriate setting of other signal parameters.

Abstract

The Solo Wonogiri corridor is one of the seven agglomeration areas served by the Trans Jateng Bus and is widely utilized by the public. This service system adopts a buy-the-service scheme based on six Minimum Service Standard (SPM) indicators: comfort, security, safety, affordability, equality, and orderliness. To support service quality improvement, an evaluation of user perceptions is necessary as a foundation for providing policy recommendations to the government. This study assesses the service quality of the Trans Jateng Bus on the Solo Wonogiri route using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method across 14 service attributes. The IPA method categorizes attributes into four quadrants based on their level of importance and passenger satisfaction to identify which aspects should be maintained or improved. The analysis results indicate an average conformity level of 94%, reflecting a very satisfactory service quality, although several attributes still require improvement. Among the 14 attributes, two are positioned in quadrant I (top priority for improvement), five in quadrant II (should be maintained), two in quadrant III (low priority), and five in quadrant IV (excessive). These findings can serve as a reference for formulating strategies to enhance public transportation services in the Solo Wonogiri corridor.

Abstract

Transportation plays a crucial role in daily life, supporting the mobility of people, goods, and services. With efficient and well-developed transportation infrastructure, travel time, vehicle wear, and traffic congestion can be significantly reduced, while also fostering local and regional economic development. However, alongside these benefits, transportation also has negative impacts, particularly in the form of vibrations that can affect the surrounding environment. These vibrations can disrupt the comfort and health of the community and cause damage to nearby infrastructure. This underscores the importance of mitigating the effects of vibrations, especially those generated by railway and road transportation. Effective mitigation strategies must begin with understanding of the causes and impacts of these vibrations. This Systematic Literature Review aims to identify the factors that cause vibrations from transportation activities and their effects on both the surrounding environment and the transportation infrastructure itself. The findings are expected to serve as a valuable reference for future research on mitigating transportation-induced vibrations.
