Digital transformation encourages educational and training institutions to develop integrated administrative systems to improve data management efficiency and service quality. At Media Com, student intership attendance and guest book records are still managed separately, creating the potential for data duplication, slower information retrieval, and difficulties in preparing administrative reports. This study aims to design the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of an integrated web based system that combines students internship attendance and a digital guest book using the method Design Thinking. A qualitative approach was employed through observation, interviews, and literature review. The system prototype was developed using the five stages of , namely Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test, with Figma as the design tool. The results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully integrates administrative processes into a single platform featuring a dashboard, student attendance, digital guest book, student management, class management, and attendance report that meet the needs of administrators, supervisors, internship student, and visitors. Prototype testing indicates that the interface is easy to understand, simplifies data management, improves administrative efficiency, and provides a better user experience. The resulting UI/UX prototype can serve as a reference for developing integrated administrative websites at Media Com and other educational and training institutions.
