Abstract

Abstrak - Citun Catering merupakan penyedia jasa boga di Kabupaten Kudus yang masih menggunakan sistem pemesanan konvensional, sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan dan pengelolaan data pelanggan yang tidak terorganisir. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun portal web pemesanan catering yang mengintegrasikan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan payment gateway. CRM digunakan sebagai strategi untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan riwayat transaksi, sementara payment gateway memberikan solusi pembayaran digital yang aman dan real-time. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Citun Catering serta memberikan pengalaman transaksi yang lebih personal dan profesional bagi pelanggan. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi; Catering; CRM; Payment Gateway; Web Portal;   Abstract - Citun Catering is a catering service provider in Kudus Regency that still uses a conventional ordering system, making it prone to recording errors and unorganized customer data management. This research aims to build a catering ordering web portal that integrates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) methods and payment gateways. CRM is used as a strategy to maintain customer loyalty through review features and transaction history, while payment gateways provide secure and real-time digital payment solutions. System development uses the Waterfall method which includes requirements analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of this research are expected to increase Citun Catering's operational efficiency and provide a more personal and professional transaction experience for customers. Abstract

Manajemen inventaris dan pelaporan kerusakan aset merupakan bagian integral dari kegiatan operasional di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kudus. Berdasarkan observasi, proses pelaporan kerusakan barang inventaris saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional dan manual, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya transparansi, keterlambatan tindak lanjut perbaikan, dan kurangnya jejak riwayat pemeliharaan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Pelaporan Kerusakan dan Pemeliharaan Inventaris Barang Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan aset instansi. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi masalah, pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework Laravel, serta pendampingan implementasi bagi staf Dinas Perhubungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya sistem digital yang memfasilitasi pelaporan kerusakan secara real-time, pengelolaan data aset dengan fitur kodifikasi otomatis, dan pemantauan status perbaikan yang transparan. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti efektif mempercepat arus informasi kerusakan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik terkait pemeliharaan aset daerah.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam administrasi surat di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Kudus adalah ketergantungan pada sistem manual, yang menyebabkan proses pencatatan, pelacakan, dan pengarsipan menjadi lambat, tidak akurat, dan berisiko kehilangan dokumen. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui implementasi sistem informasi administrasi surat masuk dan keluar berbasis web, didukung dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan komprehensif kepada 10 pegawai administrasi. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan PHP Native, didesain dengan fitur krusial seperti multi-level user untuk disposisi, pelacakan histori, dan rekapitulasi laporan real-time guna menjamin akuntabilitas dan efisiensi. Metode evaluasi menggunakan perbandingan nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test dengan kuesioner skala Likert. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem digital ini sangat efektif, dibuktikan dengan peningkatan signifikan di semua aspek kinerja, terutama pada Kemudahan Penggunaan Sistem dan Kemudahan Pencarian Arsip, yang keduanya meningkat sebesar +2,0 poin. Tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang tinggi mengkonfirmasi keberhasilan transfer pengetahuan. Implementasi ini berhasil memodernisasi tata kelola surat, mendukung reformasi birokrasi, dan secara langsung meningkatkan produktivitas layanan internal Dinas Perhubungan Kudus.

Abstract

Academic burnout is a condition of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion resulting from prolonged academic demands and may negatively affect students' learning and well-being. This study aimed to develop a web-based expert system to support the preliminary identification of academic burnout among university students using the Certainty Factor method. The system knowledge was constructed through a literature review and a structured knowledge acquisition process involving a psychology expert before being represented in the knowledge base. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with PHP, the CodeIgniter framework, and MySQL. Functional evaluation using black-box testing showed that all system features operated as expected. In addition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) involving 102 students of Universitas Muria Kudus achieved an overall acceptance score of 83.92%, indicating a Very Good level of user acceptance. The developed system was able to classify consultation results into mild, moderate, and severe academic burnout categories based on the implemented Certainty Factor inference process. Therefore, the proposed expert system may serve as a supporting tool for the preliminary identification of academic burnout. Further validation using standardized psychological instruments or professional psychological assessments is recommended in future studies.

Abstract

Edge detection is a crucial process in digital image processing, particularly in automated visual inspection systems for packaging quality control. Cardboard packaging used in traditional food products often experiences deformation due to mechanical stress or poor distribution, thus requiring a reliable damage detection method. This study aims to compare the performance of five classical edge detection algorithms, Canny, Sobel, Prewitt, Roberts, and Laplacian of Gaussian (LoG), in identifying contours and structural deformations in product packaging images. Data were obtained through the acquisition of five cardboard images using a high-resolution smartphone camera. The processing steps include image conversion to grayscale, application of the edge detection algorithm, and quantitative evaluation of the results. The evaluation was conducted using three main metrics: Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and processing time. The results show that the Sobel algorithm provides the best performance, with the highest PSNR and lowest MSE values consistently, despite having the longest processing time. In contrast, the Canny algorithm shows the highest efficiency in speed, but with low detection quality. Prewitt and LoG yielded relatively balanced intermediate results between accuracy and efficiency, while Roberts performed moderately across all aspects. These findings indicate that algorithm selection should be tailored to system requirements. Sobel is more appropriate for applications that prioritise accuracy, while Canny is recommended for real-time systems. Abstract

Cosmetology services play an important role in enhancing an individual's self-confidence. In Kudus Regency, many makeup service providers still rely on manual ordering methods, which are prone to recording errors, limited information on service availability, and miscommunication between customers and service providers. This condition hampers operational efficiency and reduces the level of customer satisfaction. This research aims to develop a digital-based make-up service portal to improve service quality and customer satisfaction, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance The research method used is qualitative research; data is collected through in-depth interviews with customers, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system developed has main features such as online ordering and service catalogues, as well as CSI-based customer satisfaction evaluations that measure aspects of price, service quality, and user experience. Evaluation using the CSI method shows a customer satisfaction level of 88% with 300 respondents, which indicates that this system is effective in improving user experience and operational efficiency of service providers. In conclusion, the development of this digital-based make-up service portal has succeeded in increasing customer satisfaction and the competitiveness of make-up service providers in Kudus Regency. Further development recommendations are integration with digital payment systems and the use of artificial intelligence technology for more personalized service recommendations.

Abstract

User reviews on the Google Play Store contain valuable opinions that can be utilized to evaluate application quality, including the Locket Widget application. This study aims to classify user review sentiment into positive, neutral, and negative categories using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm with Term Frequency–Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) weighting. The data were collected through web scraping, resulting in 589 user reviews. The dataset then underwent preprocessing, sentiment labeling, TF-IDF weighting, and sentiment classification. The model was evaluated using an 80:20 stratified train–test split. The results showed that the proposed model achieved an accuracy of 76.27%, with a weighted precision of 0.69, weighted recall of 0.76, and weighted F1-score of 0.72. The findings indicate that the combination of TF-IDF and the Naïve Bayes classifier is effective in classifying positive and negative user review sentiments. However, the model was unable to effectively classify the neutral class, resulting in an F1-score of 0.00 for this category. This finding indicates that further improvements are needed to enhance the model's ability to distinguish neutral sentiment from positive and negative classes.

Abstract

The increasing variety of furniture products available in the market makes it difficult for consumers to identify products that best match their preferences. Conventional product selection is often carried out manually, requiring consumers to compare product specifications one by one, which is time-consuming and may lead to less appropriate purchasing decisions. This study proposes a web-based decision support system for furniture product recommendation by integrating the item-based collaborative filtering (IBCF) method with min–max normalization. The recommendation process utilizes historical user ratings to identify similarities among products, while min–max normalization is applied to standardize product attributes, including price, category, material, color, and size, into a comparable scale. To address the cold-start problem for newly added products with insufficient rating data, a content-based similarity mechanism is incorporated into the recommendation process. The system was developed using a dataset consisting of 322 furniture products, 50 consumers, and 1,099 rating transactions. System functionality was evaluated using black-box testing, while user acceptance was assessed through user acceptance testing (UAT) involving ten respondents. The evaluation results show that all primary system functions operated as expected and achieved an overall UAT score of 88.0%, indicating that the proposed system is acceptable and capable of assisting consumers in selecting furniture products based on their preferences. This study contributes by integrating collaborative filtering, multi-attribute normalization, and a content-based cold-start mechanism into a single recommendation framework for furniture product recommendation
