Abstract

Implementation of community service is carried out through outreach activities to community groups in Sungai Bakar Village using direct participation techniques, by providing guidance on how to make breadfruit chips, the materials and tools used and where the processed breadfruit chips can be marketed. Provides an understanding of the calculation of costs, receipts and income from the breadfruit chips business.

Abstract

This community service was carried out in Sungai Besar Village, Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency with the aim of planning the creation of a shrimp cracker home industry in Sungai Besar Village and providing knowledge about how to make shrimp crackers, by carrying out outreach activities involving members of the Sungai Besar Village community. The service method is provided by means of lectures, questions and answers and simulations. Making Shrimp Crackers is divided into two stages, namely the first part with an introduction to making prawn crackers and the second part regarding the recipe for making prawn crackers

Abstract

Tempe is a processed product that is widely consumed by the public, the aim of this research is to find out technically how to process tempe and economically to find out the costs, profits and feasibility of a tempe business in Syamsudin Noor Village, the research method used to determine respondents is a case study with research results that the tempe processing industry business in Syamsudin Noor Village is worth pursuing with a value of 1.32

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine technically and financially the meranti wood pellet processing business in Gambut Village, Gambut District, Banjar Regency by collecting primary and secondary data, taking respondents using the case study method. The results obtained are total variable costs of IDR 2,480,529, total revenue obtained from the sale of all Meranti Wood Pellet products is IDR 4,965,000 and Revenue is IDR 2,484,471
