Abstract

pembelajaran musik hadroh al-habsy pada grup hadroh khusus jamaah ibu-ibu dan juga sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik kearifan lokal di Desa Karang Jaya Kecamatan Belitang II Kabupaten OKU Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, workshop dan pendampingan, dan juga dokumentasi. Adapun komponen pelatihan yang dilaksanakan meliputi intrumen terbangan/rebana, bass, tam, calti, dan vokal. Proses pelatihan dan pendampingan musik hadroh al-habsy pada grup hadroh khusus jamaah ibu-ibu di Karang Jaya Kecamatan Belitang II Kabupaten OKU Timur ini dibina oleh Dosen bersama mahasiswa dan dibantu oleh masyarakat sekitar yang memiliki latar belakang dapat memainkan alat musik hadroh al-habsy. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian ini daapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kemampuan jamaah ibu-ibu memiliki peningkatan dalam setiap pelatihan, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil evaluasi pada setiap pertemuanya. Adapun aspek yang digunakan dalam evaluasi ditinjau dari ranah kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan secara efektif agar memperoleh hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dengan judul "Pengembangan Keterampilan Digital Siswa di Era Revolusi Industri 4.0: Pelatihan Teknologi Informasi di MTs YPPI Wonorejo Belitang, OKU Timur" bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan digital siswa melalui pelatihan teknologi informasi yang terfokus. Program ini mengatasi kesenjangan literasi digital dengan memberikan pelatihan komprehensif, meliputi dasar-dasar pengoperasian komputer, perangkat lunak produktivitas, dan praktik internet sehat. Dilaksanakan selama tiga hari, pelatihan mencakup metode ceramah, demonstrasi, dan praktik langsung. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan digital siswa, dengan skor post-test meningkat sebesar 25-35% pada berbagai indikator. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan berbasis praktik dan kebutuhan dalam membekali siswa dengan kompetensi esensial untuk era digital. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya literasi digital dalam pendidikan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the development of children’s Islamic character through participatory mentoring in Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPA) activities in Margokoyo Village, Belitang Jaya District, OKU Timur Regency. As a non-formal Islamic educational institution, TPA plays a strategic role in reinforcing the values of Islamic Religious Education, particularly in the aspects of faith (aqidah), worship (ibadah), and morality (akhlaq). However, preliminary observations revealed that TPA learning activities remain primarily oriented toward the technical ability to read the Qur’an and have not been systematically integrated with Islamic character development. The community service program was implemented using a participatory mentoring approach involving TPA teachers, students, parents, and community leaders. The implementation methods consisted of planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, focusing on character-based Qur’anic learning assistance, habituation of daily religious practices, strengthening moral values through role modeling and educational storytelling, and enhancing the pedagogical capacity of TPA teachers. The results of the program indicate an improvement in students’ religious understanding, positive behavioral changes reflected in increased discipline, politeness, and religiosity, as well as heightened motivation to participate in TPA activities. In addition, TPA teachers demonstrated improved competence in integrating Islamic character values into Qur’anic learning. These findings confirm that structured and contextual participatory mentoring is effective in strengthening the role of TPA as a community-based institution for fostering children’s Islamic character grounded in Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

The utilization of traditional musical instruments in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren) often faces challenges such as limited instructors, stagnation in innovation, and poor rhythmic tempo stability in students' musical performance. This community service program aims to optimize the function of gamelan instruments through a clinical mentoring method acculturated with Islamic percussion instruments (hadroh) as a medium for cultural dawah. The partner for this program is the Darul Wangi Islamic Boarding School, Bedilan, East Ogan Komering Ulu. The implementation method was based on a participatory approach that included physical observation, collaborative arrangement formulation, and focused training using the isolated group practicing technique to separate the focus of male and female students based on group gender comfort. The psychomotor evaluation results showed a 100% success rate, with the students successfully mastering four collaborative sholawat arrangements with smooth tempo transitions. Affectively, this program successfully internalized core character values of discipline, reduction of sectoral ego in teamwork, and boosted students' self-confidence through an evaluation staging performance. Furthermore, this cross-cultural integration provides a tactical contribution to strengthening religious moderation and providing an emotional catharsis space for students. The program sustainability strategy has also been institutionalized through the establishment of an independent musical group management to ensure the continuity of inclusive cultural dawah in the modern era.

Abstract

Strengthening religious moderation values in early childhood is essential for developing tolerant, inclusive, and harmonious character in a plural society. This community service study aims to describe the implementation of religious moderation values through environmental education based on Family Medicinal Plants (TOGA) in Margokoyo Village, Belitang Jaya District, OKU Timur Regency, targeting local early childhood children as partners. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through the stages of preparation, training and guidance in planting, evaluation, and final reinforcement. Data were collected through observation and documentation at each stage of the program. The results indicate that TOGA activities not only enhance knowledge about medicinal plants but also internalize religious moderation values, including cooperation, tolerance, mutual respect, and environmental care. Children demonstrated high enthusiasm and positive interactions without distinguishing religious or cultural backgrounds. Environmental education based on TOGA proves to be a contextual, enjoyable, and effective learning medium for instilling religious moderation values from an early age, while also equipping children to live harmoniously in a diverse society.
