Abstract

The growth of Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage services in Indonesia demands travel agencies to improve service quality through information technology. Many agencies still manage reservation, payment, and pilgrim data manually, causing service delays, recording errors, and lack of transaction transparency. This study designed and built a web-based Hajj and Umrah reservation and tour management system integrated with Midtrans payment gateway, using the Scrum development methodology. The system supports pilgrim registration, travel package selection, pilgrim data management, and online payment. Black box testing was applied to verify all functional requirements. Results show the system successfully automated reservation and payment confirmation, reducing processing time from 30–60 minutes to 5–10 minutes, improving data accuracy and operational transparency for PT Raudhoh Wisata Bahari.

Abstract

Named Entity Recognition (NER) is a core task in natural language processing for extracting structured entity information from text. However, funding descriptions on peer-to-peer lending platforms are largely unstructured. This limits reliable identification of funding categories and location-related entities required for subsequent analysis. This study addresses this problem by applying Named Entity Recognition to identify agricultural entities from peer-to-peer lending funding descriptions in Indonesia, combining it with distance analysis. The data used in this study was collected from peer-to-peer lending platforms in Indonesia using web crawling techniques with the Python Selenium library. The collected funding data was used to train and test a Named Entity Recognition model developed using the spaCy library, with entity labeling performed using the Beginning–Inside–Outside (BEIN–IND–OUTS) tagging scheme. Model performance was evaluated using a confusion matrix at the token level. The evaluation results showed that the proposed model achieved 83% accuracy, 94% precision, 82.7% recall, and a 90% F1 score, indicating its ability to detect agricultural entities from lighting descriptions. Furthermore, the collected data containing agricultural entities was processed using the Haversine formula to calculate the distance between the lender and the borrower's location. When compared to Google Maps, the average distance difference was 23.7 kilometers. These results demonstrate that Named Entity Recognition combined with distance analysis can support the preparation of peer-to-peer lending data for further decision-making.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di sektor laundry umumnya masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual yang seringkali rentan terhadap kesalahan, kehilangan data, dan tidak efisien secara operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi aplikasi manajemen laundry berbasis mobile pada Laundry Eka PGRI, Kota Depok, menggunakan React Native (Expo) sebagai frontend dan Supabase sebagai platform backend. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan, pengujian (Black Box Testing dan User Acceptance Testing), pelatihan, serta pendampingan pasca-implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil mengintegrasikan fitur dashboard, manajemen produk/layanan, manajemen pelanggan, transaksi POS, pengeluaran, dan riwayat transaksi. Seluruh transaksi harian beralih ke sistem digital, data pelanggan tersimpan secara terpusat, dan laporan keuangan dapat diakses kapan saja. Implementasi ini tidak menimbulkan biaya operasional tambahan karena memanfaatkan infrastruktur free tier. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi mobile berbasis React Native dan Supabase terbukti efektif meningkatkan efisiensi operasional UMKM laundry dan dapat dijadikan model replikasi bagi UMKM sejenis

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to design and build a web-based employee smoking break monitoring system at PT Foodex Inti Ingredients to help monitor break periods more effectively. The research method used is the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. This system was developed using PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, and Text-to-Speech (TTS) to display data in real time and provide automatic voice notifications when the break is over. The implementation results show that this system is able to monitor smoking break activities in real time without having to reload the page, record user activities into the database, and provide responsive voice alerts according to the set time limit. Based on the test results, all system functions work according to user needs. The conclusion of this study is that the developed system can help companies improve discipline during smoking breaks, support operational efficiency, and create a more organized and productive work environment. Keywords: Ajax; Auto Notification; Text-to-speech; Smoke Break Time, Web Real-time.   Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem monitoring aktivitas rehat merokok karyawan berbasis web di PT Foodex Inti Ingredients guna membantu pengawasan durasi rehat secara lebih efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, dan Text-to-Speech (TTS) untuk menampilkan data secara real-time serta memberikan notifikasi suara otomatis ketika waktu rehat berakhir. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memantau aktivitas rehat merokok secara real-time tanpa perlu memuat ulang halaman, mencatat aktivitas pengguna ke dalam basis data, dan memberikan peringatan suara secara responsif sesuai batas waktu yang ditentukan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dibangun dapat membantu perusahaan dalam meningkatkan disiplin waktu rehat merokok, mendukung efisiensi operasional, serta menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih tertib dan produktif.
