This study aims to determine the effect of zig-zag training on the agility and dribbling ability of early-age girls' soccer at NU Mafatihul Ulum Elementary School, Kudus. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method through a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population was 280 students with a sample of 24 third-grade female students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instruments included an agility test using the Illinois Agility Test and a soccer dribbling ability test using the Soccer Dribbling Test. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample t-tests. The results showed that zig-zag training had a significant effect on improving the agility and dribbling ability of early-age girls' soccer. This improvement was seen from the students' ability to change direction quickly, maintain body balance, and control the ball better when dribbling. These findings indicate that zig-zag training can be an effective alternative training model to improve physical abilities and basic soccer skills in elementary school students, both in PJOK learning and extracurricular soccer activities. | (Versi en lama): Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan zig-zag terhadap kelincahan dan kemampuan dribbling sepak bola putri usia dini di SD NU Mafatihul Ulum Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu menggunakan desain one group pretest-posttest. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 280 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 24 siswi kelas III yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kelincahan dan tes dribbling sepak bola. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan zig-zag memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dan kemampuan dribbling sepak bola putri usia dini. Latihan zig-zag mampu meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam mengubah arah gerak secara cepat, menjaga keseimbangan, dan mengontrol bola saat menggiring bola. Dengan demikian, latihan zig-zag dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif model latihan yang efektif dalam pembelajaran PJOK dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler sepak bola di sekolah dasar.
