ABSTRACT Qur'anic reading instruction in non-formal educational institutions requires a learning system that not only improves reading accuracy but also accommodates learners' diverse abilities while fostering a sustainable Qur'anic learning culture. Research on the implementation of Qur'anic learning methods in Community Learning Activity Centers (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat/PKBM) remains limited. Therefore, this study examines the implementation of the Nurul Bayan Method in Qur'anic reading instruction at PKBM Rumah Pendidikan Nurul Bayan Karawang and identifies the factors influencing its implementation. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis involving the PKBM principal, Qur'anic teachers, and learners. The data were analyzed using an interactive process consisting of coding, theme development, and cross-source verification to ensure the credibility of the findings. The findings reveal that the Nurul Bayan Method operates as an integrated learning system characterized by sequential learning stages, talaqqi-based habituation, repetitive reading practice, continuous assessment, and individualized guidance tailored to learners' progress. Teacher competence, a strong Qur'anic culture, and regular Qur'anic reading habits emerged as the primary supporting factors, whereas differences in learners' abilities and limited instructional time remained the main challenges. This study concludes that the effectiveness of Qur'anic instruction in non-formal education is shaped more by the integration of the learning process than by the instructional method alone. It also proposes an implementation model that may serve as a reference for developing adaptive, systematic, and sustainable Qur'anic learning practices in non-formal educational settings. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran baca Al-Qur'an pada lembaga pendidikan nonformal memerlukan sistem yang tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan ketepatan membaca, tetapi juga mengakomodasi keragaman kemampuan peserta didik dan membangun budaya belajar yang berkelanjutan. Kajian mengenai implementasi metode pembelajaran dalam konteks PKBM masih relatif terbatas, sehingga penelitian ini diarahkan untuk menganalisis bagaimana Metode Nurul Bayan diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran baca Al-Qur'an di PKBM Rumah Pendidikan Nurul Bayan Karawang beserta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap kepala PKBM, guru Al-Qur'an, serta warga belajar. Data dianalisis secara interaktif melalui proses coding, pengelompokan tema, dan verifikasi antarsumber hingga diperoleh temuan yang konsisten. Implementasi Metode Nurul Bayan berlangsung sebagai sistem pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan tahapan belajar bertingkat, pembiasaan talaqqi, pengulangan bacaan, evaluasi berkelanjutan, dan pendampingan individual sesuai perkembangan peserta didik. Kompetensi guru, budaya Qur'ani, dan pembiasaan membaca Al-Qur'an menjadi faktor pendukung utama, sedangkan variasi kemampuan peserta didik serta keterbatasan waktu belajar masih menjadi tantangan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas pembelajaran Al-Qur'an pada pendidikan nonformal lebih ditentukan oleh keterpaduan proses pembelajaran daripada penggunaan metode secara terpisah, sekaligus menawarkan model implementasi yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pengembangan pembelajaran Al-Qur'an yang adaptif, sistematis, dan berkelanjutan.
