Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the individual and combined effects of work motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction on teacher performance at Ar-Rahman Putra Civil Servant School in Malang Regency. This research seeks to determine the extent to which these factors influence teachers' performance both separately and simultaneously. This quantitative study used a survey method, where the researcher asked respondents both verbally and in writing. The total population was 34 teachers at the Ar-Rahman Putra Dau Civil Servant School in Malang Regency, and the sample used was the entire population, or a saturated sample. The data sources used were primary and secondary data. Data collection used a survey method with questionnaire data collection. Data analysis used analysis using multiple linear regression. The partial test results indicated that motivation and discipline had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In contrast, job satisfaction did not show a significant individual effect on teacher performance. However, the results of the simultaneous test revealed that motivation, discipline, and job satisfaction collectively had a significant influence on teacher performance.
