The sample consisted of startup employees selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criterion of having a minimum working period of several years. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the analysis indicate that all hypotheses are accepted. Inclusive Leadership is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Innovative Work Behavior, both directly and indirectly through the mediation of Psychological Safety. These findings confirm that leaders who demonstrate inclusivity are able to create a psychologically safe work environment, thereby encouraging employees to take risks and engage in innovative behavior. This study provides important implications for startup management in building a leadership culture that supports innovation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Arabic textbook for grade VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah by Muhammad Iqbal Ali using a qualitative descriptive approach. The textbook was assessed based on its alignment with national standards, focusing on content, presentation, language, and graphics. Additionally, the teaching materials' quality was analyzed using criteria such as selection, gradation, presentation, and repetition. Data were collected through literature review and document analysis, including curriculum guidelines and textbook standards. The results show that the textbook generally meets the content feasibility aspect with materials aligned with the Basic Competencies (KD) and the applicable curriculum. In terms of presentation, the book employs a systematic gradation approach, progressing from fundamental concepts to more complex applications. It also includes exercises that encourage students to review and deepen their understanding of previously covered materials. However, the book lacks broader exploration of Arab culture and additional supporting materials, such as teacher guides or supplementary resources for students. Overall, the textbook fulfills most criteria for high-quality textbooks and is relevant to the needs of Madrasah Tsanawiyah students. These findings are expected to serve as recommendations for developing better Arabic textbooks in the future.
