Transportasi sistem kering merupakan metode alternatif yang efisien untuk distribusi lobster air tawar, tetapi memerlukan media pengisi yang mampu menjaga stabilitas fisiologis organisme selama perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi efektivitas kombinasi media pengisi berupa daun pisang kering, sabut kelapa, dan jerami padi terhadap kelangsungan hidup, penurunan bobot, indeks stres kumulatif (CSI), suhu, dan kelembapan selama transportasi sistem kering lobster air tawar Cherax quadricarinatus. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tiga perlakuan kombinasi media pengisi: A (daun pisang kering + jerami padi), B (daun pisang kering + sabut kelapa), dan C (sabut kelapa + jerami padi), masing-masing tiga ulangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan B menghasilkan performa terbaik dengan kelangsungan hidup 100%, penurunan bobot terendah (2,74%), dan CSI terendah (77,7). Kondisi suhu dan kelembapan kemasan juga paling stabil, masing-masing 25,8°C dan 99%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kombinasi daun pisang kering dan sabut kelapa merupakan media pengisi paling efektif untuk mempertahankan kondisi fisiologis lobster selama transportasi sistem kering. Dry transport systems are an efficient alternative method for distributing freshwater lobsters, but they require a filling medium that can maintain the physiological stability of the organisms during transport. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a combination of filling media consisting of dried banana leaves, coconut husks, and rice straw on survival, weight loss, cumulative stress index (CSI), temperature, and humidity during dry system transportation of freshwater lobsters of the species Cherax quadricarinatus. The study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments of filling media combinations: A (dried banana leaves + rice straw), B (dried banana leaves + coconut husks), and C (coconut husks + rice straw), each with three replicates. The results showed that treatment B produced the best performance with 100% survival, the lowest weight loss (2.74%), and the lowest CSI (77.7). The packaging conditions maintained the most stable temperature and humidity levels, measuring 25.8°C and 99%, respectively. These findings indicate that the combination of dried banana leaves and coconut husks is the most effective packing material for maintaining the physiological condition of lobsters during dry-system transportation
