Abstract

Transformasi kurikulum pendidikan di era digital menjadi kebutuhan mendesak untuk   menghadapi perubahan zaman yang dipengaruhi teknologi. Dimana transformasi kurikulum di era digital menuntut sekolah dasar untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran yang mampu membekali peserta didik dengan keterampilan pemikiran komputasional sejak usia dini. Salah satu strategi yang relevan adalah penerapan pembelajaran berbasis coding sebagai bagian dari integrasi teknologi dalam kurikulum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep, urgensi, dan bentuk implementasi transformasi kurikulum pembelajaran berbasis coding di sekolah dasar, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap perkembangan kompetensi siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur sistematis terhadap dokumentasi ilmiah, kebijakan pendidikan nasional, dan praktik implementasi coding di berbagai sekolah dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis coding mampu memperkuat kemampuan pemecahan masalah, berpikir logis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan literasi digital siswa. Transformasi ini juga mendorong perubahan pedagogi menuju pembelajaran yang aktif, konstruktif, dan berorientasi proyek. Namun, penerapan kurikulum berbasis coding di sekolah dasar masih menghadapi tantangan, termasuk rendahnya kompetensi guru dalam pemrograman, keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, dan ketimpangan akses antar sekolah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan pelatihan profesional berkelanjutan, penyediaan sarana prasarana digital yang memadai, serta kebijakan yang komprehensif agar transformasi kurikulum berbasis coding dapat terlaksana secara berkelanjutan dan merata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi rencana kegiatan berbasis data di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) sebagai upaya peningkatan efektivitas perencanaan program sekolah. Pendekatan berbasis data digunakan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap kegiatan yang direncanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, kondisi satuan pendidikan, serta capaian indikator kinerja sekolah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen perencanaan sekolah. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perencanaan kegiatan berbasis data mampu meningkatkan ketepatan sasaran program sekolah, memperkuat pengambilan keputusan berbasis evidensi, serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif warga sekolah dalam proses evaluasi dan perbaikan berkelanjutan. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan kompetensi tenaga pendidik dalam analisis data serta kurangnya integrasi sistem informasi sekolah. Dengan demikian, diperlukan penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia dan pengembangan sistem manajemen data sekolah untuk mendukung implementasi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology opens new opportunities for managing learning in vocational high schools, particularly in supporting the improvement of students' coding ability. This study aims to explore in depth the implementation of AI-based learning management, student participation, and learning motivation and their influence on students' coding ability at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pucang Gading. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Research subjects consisted of informatics teachers, students, and the school principal selected through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation study. Data validity was examined through source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used the interactive analysis model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña (2014). The results indicate that: (1) AI-based learning management at SMK Muhammadiyah 3 Pucang Gading has made a positive contribution to the development of students' coding ability through adaptive learning and automated feedback features; (2) students' active participation cognitively, emotionally, and behaviorally is the main supporting factor for successful coding learning; (3) students' learning motivation developed positively along with the implementation of AI-based learning and served as a bridge between the quality of learning management and students' coding achievement. These findings provide important implications for the development of technology-based learning policies in vocational high school settings.

Abstract

Objective: This article aims to examine the role of transformational leadership of school principals in supporting learning innovation and to explain the integration of transformational, instructional, and digital leadership as a strategic approach to improving the quality of learning in schools. Methods: This study employed a narrative literature review by synthesizing relevant peer-reviewed journal articles and scholarly sources on transformational leadership, school leadership, teacher innovation, school culture, professional development, and digital learning. The selected literature was analyzed thematically to identify recurring patterns and develop a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. Results: The findings indicate that transformational school principals strengthen learning innovation by developing a shared vision, demonstrating exemplary leadership, providing inspirational motivation, encouraging intellectual stimulation, fostering professional collaboration, implementing developmental academic supervision, and promoting the pedagogical use of digital technology. These leadership practices also enhance teachers' commitment, creativity, and innovative behavior in the learning process. Novelty: This article proposes an integrated conceptual framework that combines transformational, instructional, and digital leadership as complementary approaches to fostering sustainable learning innovation and offers practical implications for school leaders seeking to strengthen innovation-oriented school culture.
