Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Sarana Prasarana; Lingkungan Belajar; Prestasi Atlet; Shorinji Kempo ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyse the influence of motivation, facilities and infrastructure, and the learning environment on the performance of Shorinji Kempo athletes in OKU Regency. The research problem is that the performance of Shorinji Kempo athletes in OKU Regency has not been consistent or optimal, indicating a gap between potential and actual achievement. The research method used was a quantitative descriptive approach; this study employed saturation sampling or a census, whereby the entire population of 31 athletes was used as the research sample. The results of the study revealed a calculation of the variable Motivation (X1) against Performance (Y), yielding a significance value of 0.003, which is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.003 < 0.05). For the variable Facilities and Infrastructure (X2) on Performance (Y), a significance value of 0.026 was obtained, which is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.026 < 0.05). For the Learning Environment variable (X3) against Achievement (Y), the significance value of 0.041 is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.041 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the simultaneous significance value obtained is 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the R-squared value is 0.550. It can therefore be concluded that the independent variables Motivation (X1), Facilities and Infrastructure (X2), and Learning Environment (X3) have a partial and simultaneous effect on achievement (Y) of 55%, whilst the remainder is attributable to variables outside the scope of this study. Keywords: Motivation; Facilities; Learning Environment; Athletes’ Performance; Shorinji Kempo.
