Abstract

The primary problem faced by the Musholla congregation is the lack of accurate prayer time indicators due to manual clocks experiencing time drift, causing inconsistencies with official schedules. Additionally, there is limited interactive information media. This community service aims to implement a microcontroller-based Running Text system integrating the DS3231 Real-Time Clock (RTC) module. This module offers high precision and internal temperature compensation to maintain long-term time stability. The system automatically displays five daily prayer schedules based on geographical coordinates and serves as a dynamic information medium. The methods involved field surveys, hardware and software design, installation in the mosque, and training for mosque officials on operation and maintenance. The outcomes include a modern, accurate worship schedule system, increased congregation discipline in timely prayers, and improved information dissemination. Through this activity, the congregation directly benefits from easy access to precise worship times and the cultivation of appropriate technology utilization in a sustainable place of worship.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has encouraged educational institutions to adopt digital systems to improve administrative efficiency and data accuracy. However, many schools still rely on manual or semi-digital processes, particularly in managing student data and school financial administration. This condition was found at Sekolah Plus Pelita Insani Parung, where administrative and financial records were managed using spreadsheets, resulting in data duplication, reporting delays, and limited integration between student and financial data. This community service activity aims to develop a web-based e-system for student data and school financial management using the Streamlit framework, equipped with automated administrative reporting features. The implementation method included initial consultation, field observation, system design and development, system implementation, and training for administrative and financial staff. The developed system supports multi-user access, integrated student and financial data management, automated report generation, and data visualization to assist decision-making. The results show that the developed e-system successfully improves the efficiency and accuracy of administrative and financial data management. School staff were able to generate periodic reports more quickly and manage data in a centralized and structured manner. This system contributes to the digital transformation of school administration and enhances transparency and accountability in financial management.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi kasir berbasis Android guna mengoptimalkan manajemen data transaksi pada UMKM Mie Gaok. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi pencatatan transaksi secara manual, tingginya risiko kesalahan perhitungan, hilangnya bukti transaksi, serta keterbatasan dalam pelacakan penjualan dan pengelolaan stok secara akurat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif yang melibatkan mitra sejak tahap observasi, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, implementasi, pelatihan pengguna, hingga evaluasi. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan React Native sebagai frontend dan Supabase sebagai backend serta basis data daring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil diimplementasikan dan digunakan secara aktif oleh mitra, dengan seluruh transaksi harian tercatat secara digital. Efisiensi waktu transaksi meningkat sebesar 45% dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan kalkulasi selama penggunaan aplikasi. Selain itu, pelaku UMKM mampu mengelola menu, stok, serta laporan penjualan secara mandiri. Dengan demikian, aplikasi kasir berbasis Android ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi pencatatan, dan kualitas pengelolaan data usaha UMKM Mie Gaok.
