Abstract

Perilaku merokok pada remaja merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang serius di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberdayakan siswa SMA Negeri 9 Takengon sebagai kader promosi kesehatan anti-rokok melalui metode peer education. Program dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan melibatkan 30 siswa terpilih sebagai kader dari 240 siswa kelas X dan XI. Kegiatan meliputi: (1) pelatihan kader tiga hari, (2) penyusunan modul dan media promosi kesehatan, dan (3) implementasi peer education di lingkungan sekolah. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pengetahuan kader (41,7%), sikap positif anti-rokok (27,1%), dan keterampilan komunikasi kesehatan (32,9%). Kader yang dilatih berhasil menjangkau 180 teman sebaya dalam satu bulan implementasi. Program ini menunjukkan potensi efektivitas dalam membentuk agen perubahan perilaku kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah dan dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai model promosi kesehatan berbasis sekolah di wilayah lainnya. Abstract

ABSTRACT A Smoke-Free Area (KTR) is a room or area that is declared prohibited for smoking activities or activities of producing, selling, advertising, and/or promoting Tobacco Products. Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 4 of 2018 concerning Hospital Obligations and Patient Obligations states that every Hospital is required to enforce the entire hospital environment as a smoke-free area. This type of research is Quantitative with a Descriptive approach and cross-sectional design. With a population of 52 people, and a sample of 52 respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis uses the chi-square test. The results of the chi-square test correlation analysis obtained a significant value of knowledge of 0.0611> 0.05 and smoking behavior of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is no significant relationship between knowledge and smoking behavior of health workers in the smoke-free area (KTR) of Fandika General Hospital in 2024. It is recommended that the hospital form a special officer to implement the policy so that it runs well. Keywords : KTR, knowledge, smoking behavior

Abstract

ABSTRACT Introduction: smoking is one of the causes of several diseases that can lead to a large number of premature deaths. Non-smoking legislation is an effective strategy to reduce smoking in adolescents with tobacco control policy objectives are to reduce the initiation and frequency of adolescent smoking, as well as encourage adolescents to stop smoking. Research methods: is a quantitative research that uses analytical research design with approach (Cross Sectional Study) and data collection is done simultaneously using questionnaires. The population of 320 students and the sample in this study amounted to 76 people, the independent variables of this study (attitudes, motives, interests of students of SMKN I Bener Meriah) and the dependent variable (perception of students of SMKN 1 Bener Meriah about health warning images smoking kills you). Results: the results obtained significant value of 0.001<0.05. So, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between attitudes and perceptions of SMKN 1 Bukit students about health warning images smoking kills you. Based on Chi-Square test results obtained a significant value of 0.017<0.05. So, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between motives and perceptions of SMKN 1 Bukit students about smoking kills you. Based on The Chi-Square test results obtained significant values of 0.000<0.05. So, Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between interest and perception of SMKN 1 Bukit students about the health warning picture smoking kills you. Conclusions and suggestions: it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between attitudes, motives of interest with the perception of students SMKN 1 Bener Meriah about health warning pictures smoking kills you. Suggestion: suggestions for schools to be able to put pictures of health warnings in the school environment as a warning to students against health problems. Abstract

ABSTRACT Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is essentially the basis for preventing humans from various diseases. Cigarettes are one of the biggest causes of preventable death in society. The consequences that can be caused are not only for smokers themselves (active smokers) but also for people who inhale the smoke, called passive smokers. In addition to having an impact on health problems, smoking can also have an impact on social, economic and environmental issues. To determine the effect of health promotion with poster media on knowledge of the dangers of smoking in the home in Lut Kucak Village, Wih Pesam District. The research design used was a quasi-experimental with a pretest and posttest one group method without a control group that describes the effect of health promotion with poster media on knowledge of the dangers of smoking in the home in Lut Kucak Village. The study was conducted in Lut Kucak Village, Wih Pesam District. The level of knowledge of the good category of respondents before health promotion with posters was 8.3% and after health promotion using posters increased by 77.8% while the level of knowledge of respondents in the poor category before health promotion with posters was 63.9% and after being given health promotion using poster media decreased to 6.3% based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between the knowledge of respondents (heads of families) about the dangers of smoking in the house given poster media with the knowledge of respondents (heads of families) after being given poster media. To the Health Center to carry out monitoring and promotion with poster media so that it is easy to understand about health regarding the dangers of smoking in the house in Lut Kucak Village.
