Abstract

The paper performs bibliometric analysis of studies on the trends in ML in increasing business efficiency of startups. Based on the data obtained from major scientific databases and analyzed by VOSviewer, the study examines the intellectual structure, thematic development, and global collaboration patterns in the field under investigation. In particular, the results show that the concept of machine learning is the main intellectual node that is related to the concepts like startups, investments, entrepreneurship, decision-making, forecasting, and data innovations. As for temporal dynamics, there is an evolution of basic statistical and predictive modeling methods to more sophisticated tools, which involve artificial intelligence-based decision support systems, innovation ecosystems, and scalability of startups. Finally, citation analysis detects key papers devoted to implementation of AI, success predictions of startups, and intelligent systems for validation of business models. Global collaboration patterns demonstrate a semi-centralized structure, with the US and India being the main nodes in the network.

Abstract

PT. SAS Aero Sishan faces challenges in monitoring production data and managing credit sales information efficiently, resulting in delayed decision-making processes. This study aims to design an aerospace product credit sales application using the Human-Centered Design (HCD) approach and evaluate its usability using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The research was conducted through four HCD stages: requirement gathering, analysis, prototype development, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and usability testing involving 30 respondents. The usability evaluation produced an average SUS score of 72.42, with descriptive statistics indicating a median score of 70, a minimum score of 50, a maximum score of 100, and a standard deviation of 13.14. The obtained SUS score falls into Grade B (Good), indicating that the proposed application provides acceptable usability and effectively supports users in managing credit sales activities. The findings demonstrate that applying the Human-Centered Design approach successfully accommodates user requirements and improves user satisfaction. This study contributes a user-centered framework for developing credit sales information systems in the aerospace industry and provides a practical reference for future usability-oriented system development.

Abstract

The manual management of vendor data at PT Len Industri (Persero) has led to limitations in access and operational efficiency. To address these challenges, an interactive dashboard utilizing Google Data Studio was developed as a digitalization solution, enabling a more systematic data visualization, real-time access, and enhanced transparency.The implementation results indicate that the dashboard accelerates data retrieval processes, provides visually comprehensible displays, and improves management decision-making efficiency. Furthermore, the automation features help minimize errors in data management and enhance operational accountability. Thus, the use of an interactive dashboard has proven to be effective in optimizing vendor data management and supporting improved company operational performance.

Abstract

Life is characterized by symptoms of growth and development. The health status of each individual is different. In this case, one of the efforts to improve health status is to improve nutritional status. Nutritional status is a state of the body related to food consumption patterns and the use of nutrients that are tailored to the body's needs. Improving nutritional status is useful for increasing body resistance and making normal growth. In actualizing the daily nutritional status of children under five at the posyandu, it is usually obtained through anthropometric measurements, namely by using the BW/U index or body weight compared to age to determine nutritional status. However, in anthropometric measurements, it was found that there was confusion in the determination of nutritional quality, so that in order to get accurate results, a data mining method was needed, namely the Naive Bayes Classification (NBC) Algorithm which would be implemented in the study. This research is expected to help posyandu cadres in Padasuka sub-district, Ciomas sub-district, Bogor district in determining the nutritional status of toddlers better and more accurately.

Abstract

Transformasi digital pada pendidikan tinggi menuntut tata kelola sistem akademik yang terstandar dan terukur, namun banyak institusi menhadapi tantangan dalam dokumentasi formal dan standarisasi proses teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaudit Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAKAD) Universitas Kebangsaan Republik Indonesia (UKRI) menggunakan framework COBIT 2019 guna mengidentifikasi kesenjangan kapabilitas dan strategi perbaikan terstruktur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode triangulasi, seperti observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner, yang melibatkan 23 responden, diantaranya 4 internal stakeholder dan 19 mahasiswa. Berfokus pada enam subdomain, yaitu APO02, APO05, APO12, DSS04, MEA01, dan MEA03. Penilaian capability level menunjukkan seluruh subdomain berada pada level 1 – performed process dengan nilai rata-rata berkisar 3,4-4,0 dalam skala Likert (1-5), yang setelah triangulasi data mengonfirmasi proses telah berjalan namun belum terdokumentasi formal. Analisis gap menunjukkan kesenjangan 3 level antara kondisi aktual (level 1) dan target (level 4 – predictable process). Penelitian menghasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan komprehensif yang meliputi penyusunan dokumentasi formal, pembentukan sistem pengelolaan terstruktur, dan implementasi pengukuran kinerja berbasis data. Roadmap pengembangan lima tahun (2026-2030) dirancang melalui lima fase, yaitu Assessment dan Awareness, Dokumentasi dan Integrasi, Implementasi dan Uji Proses, Penetapan dan Integrasi Audit, serta Standarisasi dan Prediktabilitas. System blueprint memetakan transformasi dari kondisi as-is menuju kondisi to-be dengan strategi perbaikan spesifik untuk setiap subdomain. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi praktis berupa panduan terstruktur untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas SIAKAD UKRI dari level 1 ke level 4 dalam periode lima tahun, sekaligus menyediakan instrumen audit yang dapat direplikasi oleh institusi pendidikan tinggi lain untuk mewujudkan tata kelola sistem informasi akademik yang berkelanjutan dan terukur.
