Abstract

ABSTRAKSI: Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengaruh interaktif antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap prestasi belajar Fisika. Penelitian menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa Kelas X MIPA SMAN (Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri) 1 Kubutambahan di Bali, Indonesia, yang terdiri dari empat kelas atau 130 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis kovarian dua jalur. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa prestasi belajar siswa diakibatkan oleh perbedaan model pembelajaran. Prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi diraih oleh siswa yang menerima perlakuan model PBL (Problem Based Learning atau Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah). Perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa juga diakibatkan oleh perbedaan motivasi berprestasi. Prestasi belajar yang lebih tinggi diraih oleh siswa yang memiliki MBT (Motivasi Berprestasi Tinggi). Akhirnya, ada pengaruh interaktif antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi berprestrasi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. KATA KUNCI: Model Pembelajaran; Prestasi Belajar; Motivasi; Matapelajaran Fisika. ABSTRACT: “Effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning Model and Student Achievement Motivation in Gaining the Physics Learning Achievements”. The research describes the interactive influence between model of learning and achievement motivation toward Physics learning achievement. The research used a quasi experimental study with pre-test and post-test non-equivalent control group design. The population of this study were the students of Class X Mathematics and Sciences at the Public Senior High School 1 Kubutambahan in Bali, Indonesia, consisted of four classes or 130 people. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and two-ways analysis of covariance. The results of this study reveal that the student achievement is due to the differences in learning models. Higher learning achievement was achieved by students who received treatment of PBL (Problem Based Learning) model. The differences in student achievement are due to also the differences in achievement motivation. Higher achievement of learning achieved by students who have high achievement motivation. Abstract

The impact of migration in the digital world does not escape the process of improvement in government bodies. The presence of E-Government provides better public services, the internal effectiveness of government organizations is increasing, and public access to information in a government environment is getting easier. Responding to the need for the realization of good governance and improving the quality of public services in North Lombok Regency, investment in the procurement of goods and services from manual to electronic which is called e-procurement is encouraged. E-Procurement is a form of innovation by the North Lombok Regency Government in realizing e-Government. This research was conducted at the electronic procurement service (LPSE) North Lombok Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province (NTB). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The informants in this study were LPSE apparatus of North Lombok Regency, vendors and users of goods and services. Data analysis conducted in this study was to analyse the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from the study. Research results Optimizing e-procurement system services in the process of procuring goods and services for the sake of realizing good governance in North Lombok Regency is in accordance with applicable principles including effectiveness and efficiency principles, participant principles, transparency principles and accountability principles are properly implemented by LPSE North Lombok to achieve good governance. In addition to the above principles, there is also a theory put forward by Edward in realizing good governance including communication, this has been done well by North Lombok LPSE; Resources, this is regarding financial resources that have been done well but in terms of human resources it is still not optimal; Disposition, in this case, LPSE Lombok Utara has run well where the leadership, staff and vendors have the same vision and mission; Bureaucracy and structure, in this case LPSE Lombok Utara, has implemented a good structure for the division of tasks for each staff

Abstract

Currently, women play an active role in operational implementation. Therefore, women are also required to spend most of their time working. Of course this will create a dual role conflict for women as a housewife and also as a person who works. Apart from that, social life also has its own demands in daily life. This research was conducted at the Secretariat Office of the Traditional Village of Legian. This office is located at Jl. Legian No. 447, Kuta District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with case studies. The informants in this study were the Head of the Traditional Village of Legian, the Head of Governmental Affairs for the Traditional Village of Legian and 8 Balinese women workers who were married and had children. Data analysis conducted in this study was to analyze the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained from the study. The results showed several things that could lead to multiple role conflicts experienced by female employees, including the lack of or even no time for family which ultimately resulted in neglect of household chores, neglect of children and even husbands; the absence of time to socialize which results in women not socializing with neighbours and can make relations with neighbours not harmonious; the use of holidays for work so that when the holidays that should be used and spent with the family are instead used for work which makes all preparations for the holidays not optimal; problems in work that often carry over to the house; problems in the family, and complaints from family members regarding the work undertaken by female employees and the absence of support from the closest people, either husband, parents-in-law or parents.

Abstract

The concept of special autonomy basically has two objectives: reducing the conflict of separatism and improving welfare from disparities with other regions. The prolonged conflict in Papua has brought several multidimensional adversities which tend to be neglected. The people in Papua experience the most loss. This article aims to analyze the problems with the particular autonomy policy in Papua and West Papua Provinces. The research uses a qualitative approach. Sources of data used come from analysis sourced from various kinds of literature such as books and journals. The description found in this research shows that the implementation of special autonomy has not been effectively and efficiently implemented. Indicators of the success of public services and conflict resolution are still far from concept. To conclude that granting special autonomy cannot necessarily be implemented pragmatically, the government needs to take humanist approaches that prioritize humanity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengungkap pengaruh prokrastinasi kerja, self efficacy, serta komitmen organisasi berkenaan dengan keberhasilan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini melibatkan pegawai aktif Triton Denpasar sejumlah 30 pegawai. Responden dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan teknik analisis linear berganda yang diproses menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 16 serta sebelumnya telah memenuhi uji asumsi yakni uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji autokorelasi, dan uji heterokedasitas. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa 1) variabel prokrastinasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai, 2) variabel self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta 3) variabel komitmen organisasi juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the moral message conveyed in the public service advertisements of the Bali Provincial Government related to the relaxation of motor vehicle taxes. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data in this study were sourced from the TRIDUTA TV youtube account. This research will then be analyzed using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis. The results of this study found that in public service advertisements regarding motor vehicle tax relaxation in the province of Bali there are 3 meanings namely connotative meaning, denotative meaning and mythical meaning. The connotation of public service means that the government is socializing the relaxation of motor vehicle taxes. The denotation meaning of the community service is that the motor vehicle relaxation policy is assumed to be a policy that relieves the community and is marked by a "goal" celebration. The meaning of the myth in public service is that there are people who are in arrears of taxes for up to 5 years even though they know they will be subject to fines.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan merupakan isu krusial dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pemberdayaan perempuan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial di Indonesia, Serta menganalisis tantangan dan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat peran perempuan dalam pembangunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber data, termasuk jurnal, laporan, dan dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan perempuan berdampak positif pada peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan keluarga, pertumbuhan ekonomi, peningkatan kesehatan dan pendidikan, serta pengurangan kesenjangan sosial. Secara ekonomi, perempuan yang berdaya dapat berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui kewirausahaan dan partisipasi dalam dunia kerja. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti hambatan sosial budaya, akses terbatas terhadap pendidikan dan ekonomi, serta diskriminasi gender. Rekomendasi yang diajukan meliputi peningkatan akses pendidikan dan pelatihan, penguatan program kewirausahaan, peningkatan kesehatan reproduksi, dorongan partisipasi politik, dan penguatan kebijakan perlindungan hukum. Kesimpulannya, pemberdayaan perempuan di Indonesia memerlukan pendekatan holistik dan berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi antara pemerintah, LSM, dan sektor swasta, serta strategi untuk mengatasi hambatan sosial dan budaya
