Abstract

Analisis Produktivitas Alat Angkut Overburden pada Kegiatan Tambang CV Rizki BintangKegiatan pengangkutan overburden merupakan tahapan penting dalam proses penambangan batubara yang berpengaruh besar terhadap pencapaian target produksi dan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi produktivitas alat angkut tipe Hino 500 pada kegiatan pemindahan material overburden di Pit 3 CV Rizki Bintang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama 15 hari, meliputi cycle time, efisiensi kerja, kecepatan rata-rata, serta data pendukung seperti kapasitas bucket, bucket fill factor (BFF), dan swell factor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan efisiensi kerja alat angkut berada pada kisaran 93%–97% dengan cycle time antara 18,71–22,26 menit. Produktivitas aktual per hari berkisar 20,54–27,47 BCM/jam dengan kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan 11,38–12,97 km/jam.  Dibandingkan target produksi perusahaan sebesar 29,92 BCM/jam, produktivitas aktual belum mencapai standar yang ditetapkan. Faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja alat angkut meliputi kondisi medan, keterampilan operator, kebijakan keselamatan kerja, serta waktu travel empty cycle yang kadang lebih besar dibandingkan travel bermuatan akibat prioritas keselamatan di jalur sempit. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperlukan perbaikan manajemen operasional dan pengaturan lalu lintas alat angkut di jalur tambang agar efisiensi dan produktivitas dapat ditingkatkan. Kata-kata Kunci: Alat angkut, cycle time, kecepatan , overburden, produktivitas  ABSTRACTOverburden transport is a crucial stage in the coal mining process that significantly impacts the achievement of production targets and operational efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the productivity of the Hino 500 type hauling equipment in overburden material transfer activities at Pit 3 CV Rizki Bintang. Data collection was conducted for 15 days, including cycle time, work efficiency, average speed, and supporting data such as bucket capacity, bucket fill factor (BFF), and swell factor. The analysis results show that the hauling equipment's work efficiency is in the range of 93%–97% with a cycle time of 18.71–22.26 minutes. Actual productivity per day ranges from 20.54–27.47 BCM/hour with an average vehicle speed of 11.38–12.97 km/hour. Compared to the company's production target of 29.92 BCM/hour, actual productivity has not yet reached the set standard. Factors affecting hauling equipment performance include terrain conditions, operator skills, work safety policies, and empty cycle travel times, which are sometimes longer than loaded travel times due to safety priorities on narrow paths. Based on the research results, improvements are needed in operational management and traffic management of transportation equipment on mining routes so that efficiency and productivity can be increased. Keywords : Transport equipment, cycle time, speed, overburden, productivity
