Objective This research is motivated by the phenomenon of moral degradation and disciplinary problems of students in public high schools, where conventional intracurricular approaches are often not optimal in forming a comprehensive internalization of religious values. The purpose of this study is to describe in depth the planning, implementation, evaluation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in the formation of student character through the Religious Barracks Program at SMAN 1 Grati, Pasuruan Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study type. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews with the principal, vice principal of student affairs, Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, barracks instructors, Guidance and Counseling (BK) teachers, homeroom teachers, and student participants in the program, and documentation studies of archives of disciplinary violations and guidance modules. Data analysis uses the interactive model of Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification, with data validity checking using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that the planning of the Religious Barracks Program is based on the analysis of recapitulation data of student violations (where tardiness dominates at 50%) and involves systematic cross-stakeholder coordination.
