Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen konflik dan kolaborasi tim terhadap kualitas kerja melalui komitmen organisasi pada PT Merdeka Mining Servis Site Morowali. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode survei terhadap 125 karyawan sebagai responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memiliki daya prediksi yang kuat, ditandai dengan nilai R-square sebesar 0,815 untuk kualitas kerja dan 0,860 untuk komitmen organisasi. Nilai Adjusted R-square masing-masing sebesar 0,810 dan 0,857 mengindikasikan bahwa model tidak mengalami overfitting. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa manajemen konflik dan kolaborasi tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas kerja, baik secara langsung maupun melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi. Implikasi praktis dari hasil ini menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi manajemen konflik yang konstruktif dan penguatan budaya kerja kolaboratif guna meningkatkan kinerja dan loyalitas karyawan di industri pertambangan yang dinamis. This study aims to analyze the influence of conflict management and team collaboration on work quality through organizational commitment at PT Merdeka Mining Servis Site Morowali. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method involving 125 employees as respondents. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and questionnaire distribution. The analysis, conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS), indicates that the research model has strong predictive power, with R-square values of 0.815 for work quality and 0.860 for organizational commitment. The Adjusted R-square values of 0.810 and 0.857 respectively suggest that the model does not suffer from overfitting. The findings reveal that both conflict management and team collaboration have a significant influence on work quality, both directly and indirectly through organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The practical implications highlight the importance of implementing constructive conflict management strategies and fostering a collaborative work culture to enhance employee performance and loyalty in the dynamic mining industry environment.
