Abstract

The influence of the leadership style of the directive, the development of a career, and motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency, (guided by Muhlis Ruslan and Frank Remmang). This research aims to analyze and test menginterpertasi; 1.) the influence of the leadership style of the directive against the performance of employees; 2) influence the development of career employees on performance; 3) influence motivation towards the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Polewali Mandar Regency. The design in this study using the method of quantitative research using survey method. The number of samples in the study 73 people. Penelitin uses a quantitative descriptive analysis techniques were analyzed with the help of SPSS software 24. The conclusions from the results of this study are: 1) the leadership style of direktris positive effect and significance on performance clerk; 2) positive and influential career development significance against the performance of employees; 3) positive and influential significance of motivation against the performance of the employees of the Department of agriculture and food the Regency Polewali Mandar.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance In PD.Pasar Makassar Raya. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis. The population in this study were 156 PD.Pasar Makassar Raya employees. Sampling using Slovin formula and obtained as many as 61 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and data analysis techniques used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 24.0 for windows. The results showed that the variables of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance on PD. Pasar Makassar Raya. From the test results 1) the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 2) the work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance; 3) then the work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

Research location in South Sulawesi Province in 2013-2015. Measurement analysis uses Financial and Value For Money Aspects of efficiency and effectiveness. This study aims to analyze how: (1) the consistency between the Regional Expenditure Revenue Budget and the realization of the education sector development budget management of the South Sulawesi provincial government in terms of financial aspects, (2) the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the allocation of development budget management in the education sector from the Regional Expenditure Budget seen from the realization of the budget, expenditure plans and realization of the education sector expenditure in the South Sulawesi provincial government. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is consistency between the regional expenditure budget and the realization of the development budget management in the education sector of the government of South Sulawesi Province in terms of financial aspects, (2) governance of the development budget in the education sector allocated from the expenditure budget In terms of budget realization, the expenditure plan and realization of the education sector expenditure in the provincial government of South Sulawesi are said to be efficient with a value of more than 90% and the level of effectiveness by paying attention to the outcome achieved.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study, analyze and interpret, (1)The influence of competence on the performance (2) the influence of education on carier development (3) the effect of training on employee performance (4)The influence of competence on carier development (5) the effect of training on carieer development (6) the influence of carier development on employee performance (7) The influence of education on employee performance through carier (8) the influence of competence, training education on employee performance through carier development at Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar. The research method used is sampling method take research sample counted 71 people from civil servant at Distrik Navigasi Kelas I Makassar as respondent, data collection techniques by using questionnaires to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variabele either simultaneously or partially using path analysis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji, menganalisis menginterpretasi sistem informasi manajemen dan motivasi belajar terhadap peningkatan mutu belajar melalui kemampuan inovasi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriftip analisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari bimbingan Amsterdam dan responden (siswa bimbingan belajar Amsterdam). Hasil penelitian ini dapat menemukan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi peningkatan mutu belajar di bimbingan Amsterdam. Antara lain sistem informasi manajemen dan motivasi belajar dan kemampuan inovasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu belajar di bimbingan belajar Amsterdam. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan motivasi. Motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan motivasi. Kemampuan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu belajar. Sistem informasi manajemen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu belajar melalui kemampuan inovasi. Pengaruh motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan mutu belajar melalui kemampuan inovasi. This study aims to examine, analyze the interpretation of management information systems and learning motivation towards improving the quality of learning through the ability of innovation. This research is a descriptive analysis using a quantitative approach and a qualitative approach. And the analytical method used is a quantitative approach. Data obtained from the guidance of Amsterdam and respondents (Amsterdam tutoring students). The results of this study can find several factors that influence the improvement of the quality of learning in the guidance of Amsterdam. Among other things, management information systems and learning motivation and innovation ability have a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of learning in Amsterdam tutoring. Management information systems have a positive and significant effect on motivation ability. Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on the ability of motivation. The ability of motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of learning. Management information systems have a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of learning through innovation capabilities. The influence of learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving the quality of learning through the ability of innovation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja, apakah motivasi dan kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah perilaku kerja berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja, apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja, serta apakah kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai melalui perilaku kerja pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, interview dan dokumentasi serta kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistic deskriptif, statistik infe-rensial, PLS (Partial Least Square), pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, Kedisiplinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, Perilaku kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai, hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, serta hasil uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kerja dapat memediasi disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai pada DKIPS Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. This study aims to determine whether motivation, discipline affect work behavior, do motivation and discipline affect work performance, does work behavior affect work performance, does motivation affect employee performance through work behavior, and does discipline affect work performance through work behavior in West Sulawesi Province DKIPS. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation and questionnaires. While the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, inferential statistics, PLS (Partial Least Square), hypothesis testing. The results found that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on work behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work motivation on employee work performance in DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi, and mediation test results indicate that work behavior can mediate work discipline towards employee work performance at DKIPS Province of West Sulawesi.

Abstract

Afyar Ady Wally. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh bauran pemasaran dan kualitas layanan terhadap komitmen konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian roti conses Makassar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) dengan mengambil responden sebanyak 173. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis dua jalur dengan menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Pada hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas, semua pernyataan yang ada di dalam kuesioner dinyatakan valid dan reliabel sehingga layak untuk dimasukkan dalam pengujian selanjutnya. Hasil uji T (parsial) dan uji F (Simultan) diperoleh hasil bahwa bauran pemasaran dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen konsumen. Dan pada hasil uji dua jalur diperoleh bauran pemasaran dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh juga secara tidak langsung terhadap komitmen konsumen melalui keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan buat mengetahui korelasi antara dampak motivasi serta gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas II B Selayar. Metode analisis yg dipergunakan merupakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan contoh uji-t serta uji-f. Dari akibat pengujian regresi linear berganda diketahui bahwa motivasi serta gaya kepemimpinan secara Partial dan simultaneous berpengaruh positif serta significan terhadap hasil kerja pegawai. Hal ini sebagai bukti empiric bahwa indikator-indikator yg dipakai dalam kegiatan penelitian mengenai usaha kerja digunakan sebagai dasar buat peningkatan kinerja pegawai di pada tempat tinggal   tahanan kelas II B Selayar. berasal yang akan terjadi uji regresi dapat dicermati bahwa variabel motivasi serta gaya kepemimpinan yang lebih bertenaga mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja pegawai pada tempat tinggal   tahanan kelas II B Selayar. This study aims to determine the correlation between the impact of motivation and leadership style on employees’ performance in the Detention Center Class II B Selayar. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the sample t-test and f-test. From the results of multiple linear regression testing, it is known that motivation and leadership style, partially and simultaneously, have positive and significant impacts on employees’ work results. This is empirical evidence that the indicators used in this research activities regarding work effort are used as a basis for improving employees’ performance in the Detention Center Class II B Selayar. From the regression test, it can be seen that motivation and leadership style variables significantly influence the improvement of employees’ performance in the Detention Center Class II B Selayar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimana dalam hal ini adalah pendengar Radio Republik Indonesia Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik non random sampling dengan menggunakan klaster sampling acak sebanyak 100 orang pendengar radio RRI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keandalan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yang artinya siaran RRI Makassar konsisten dalam ketepatan siaran, keakuratan infomasi dan tepat waktu. Ketika menyiarkan program siaran, variabel daya tanggap memilik pengaruh yang signifikan kepada pendengar dalam bentuk layanan seperti menanggapi dan memberikan solusi kepada pendengar saat penyiaran maupun masalah-masalah yang disampaikan oleh pendengar ke penyiaran atau ke RRI Makassar. Variabel   jaminan berpengaruh signifikan yang artinya jaminan yang telah diberikan oleh RRI Makassar telah memberikan kenyaman dalam mendengar dan melayani para pendengar radio RRI Makassar. Variabel empati berpengaruh signifikan artinya empati penyiar dan RRI makassar sudah peka terhadap keinginan dan kebutuhan pendengar. Begitupula dengan variabel bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan yang berarti menunjang siaran RRI Makassar sudah baik seperti alat pendukung siaran yang membuat frekuenzi dan suara penyiar jelas Ketika didengar. This study aims to study the effect of service quality (physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy) on customer loyalty which in this case was the listener of Radio Republik Indonesia, Makassar. The research method used was a non-random sampling technique using a random cluster sampling of 100 RRI radio listeners. The results showed that the reliability variable had a significant effect, which means that RRI Makassar broadcasts were consistent in broadcasting accuracy, information accuracy, and on time. When broadcasting broadcast programs. The responsiveness variable had a significant effect on listeners in the form of services such as responding and providing solutions to listeners when broadcasting, as well as problems conveyed by listeners to the broadcasting or to RRI Makassar. The assurance variable had a significant effect, which means that the assurance provided by RRI Makassar had provided comfort in hearing and serving listeners of RRI Makassar. The empathy variable had a significant effect, meaning the broadcaster's empathy and RRI Makassar was already sensitive to the wants and needs of listeners. Also, the physical evidence variables had a significant effect, which means that supporting RRI Makassar broadcasts was good, such as broadcast support tools that made frequency and the announcer's voice was clearly heard.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor lingkungan internal (kekuatan dan kelemahan) dan faktor lingkungan eksternal (peluang dan ancaman).. Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan kuisioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 44 Karyawan dengan teknik non probability sampling menggunakan metode sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis swot. Hasil Penelitian menemukan bahwa faktor kekuatan (internal) yakni harga produk yang ditetapkan terjangkau konsumen memiliki skor nilai tinggi dibandingkan kualitas produk yang ditawarkan, pengaruh lokasi terhadap kelangsungan usaha, pelayanan kepada konsumen, jaminan kualitas produk, dan kerjasama yang baik dengan pihak asuransi. Sedangkan pada faktor kelemahan (internal) yakni keterbatasan jumlah karyawan yang tinggi memiliki skor paling tinggi dibadingkan dengan tingkat harga kredit kendaraan yang ditawarkan dan resiko penurunan pendapatan yang tinggi. Untuk faktor Peluang (eksternal) yang memiliki skor paling tinggi yakni perusahaan memiliki keunggulan dalam menangkap pangsa pasar yang baik dibandingkan dengan jalinan kerjasama perusahaan dengan konsumen, dampak positif dari keragaman produk yang ditawarkan, citra perusahaan yang baik dimata konsumen, respon positif konsumen terhadap jasa perusahaan, tingkat daya beli masyarakat, dan tingkat permintaan pasar.Sedangkan untuk faktor ancaman (eksternal) yakni tingkat persaingan usaha yang tinggi memiliki skor paling tinggi dibandingkan resiko usaha jasa kredit kendaran yang tinggi, resiko pekerja freelance yang tinggi, tuntutan pasar dalam peremajaan kendaraan yang tinggi, tingkat kriminalitas pencurian kendaraan yang tinggi dan tingginya pertumbuhan usaha kredti kendaraan disekitar.Secara garis besar dari ke empat faktor tersebut faktor Kekuatan dan Peluang masih memiliki skor yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan faktor Kelemahan dan Ancaman sehingga PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk berada dalam posisi yang baik. This study aims to identify and analyze the internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external environmental factors (opportunities and threats). Data collection methods consist of observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The population and sample in this study consisted of 44 employees with a non-probability sampling technique using a saturated sampling method. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that the strength factor (internal), namely the price of the product that is determined to be affordable by consumers, has a high score compared to the quality of the product offered, the effect of location on business continuity, service to consumers, product quality assurance, and good cooperation with the insurance company. Meanwhile, the weakness (internal) factor, namely the limited number of high employees, has the highest score compared to the price level of vehicle loans offered and the risk of a high decline in income. For the Opportunity (external) factor, the highest score is the company that has the advantage of capturing a good market share compared to the company's collaboration with consumers, the positive impact of the diversity of products offered, a good corporate image in the eyes of consumers, positive consumer responses to company services , the level of public purchasing power, and the level of market demand. As for the threat factor (external), the high level of business competition has the highest score compared to the risk of high vehicle credit service business, high risk of freelance workers, high market demands in vehicle rejuvenation, the high level of vehicle theft crime and the high growth of the surrounding vehicle credit business. Broadly speaking, of the four factors, the Strength and Opportunity factors still have higher scores than the Weakness and Threats factors so that PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero ) Tbk is in a good position.
