Abstract

The development of digital technology in the Society 5.0 era has changed the paradigm of human resource (HR) management in modern organizations. One form of innovation that is growing rapidly is the implementation of Electronic Human Resource Management (e-HRM), namely the use of information technology to support key HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee administration. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review method to explore and describe the influence of e-HRM on employee performance based on the results of previous research. The results of the study indicate that e-HRM plays a significant role in increasing the efficiency, transparency, and accuracy of HR processes and encourages improved employee performance through automation, data-based decision making, and strengthening digital communication. However, the success of e-HRM implementation is greatly influenced by organizational readiness, HR digital competence, and support for a work culture that is adaptive to technological change.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has brought significant changes in the world of business and management, including marketing practices. The concept of Society 5.0, initiated by Japan, represents the era of a super-smart society where digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and robotics are utilized to improve human life quality. In this context, Islamic Marketing management plays a strategic role in directing business development while maintaining Islamic values and ethical standards. This study aims to explain the concept of Islamic Marketing Management in facing the challenges of the Society 5.0 era and how Sharia principles can be integrated into technology-based marketing strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method from various sources, including books, scientific journals, and previous studies. The findings indicate that Islamic Marketing Management emphasizes not only consumer satisfaction but also justice, honesty, transparency, and blessings in transactions. The application of Islamic values in digital marketing serves as a strong foundation for achieving a sustainable and ethical economy amidst technological advancement.

Abstract

A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted to analyze the dynamic relationship between Sharia Fintech and Consumer Trust in Indonesia, synthesizing findings from eleven academic articles published between 2020 and 2025. The thematic synthesis confirms that Trust is a fundamental prerequisite for successful adoption and is driven by two main pillars: Sharia Compliance Trust (The Syariah Trust), which is fueled by transparent contracts and strong Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) governance, and Technical/Functional Trust (The Technical Trust), which is heavily influenced by Perceived Risk (data security) and system quality. The findings indicate that Trust is a strong predictor of Adoption Intention and positively correlates with increased Financial Inclusion among MSME actors. However, the research highlights significant contradictions regarding the direct role of Literacy and Knowledge as antecedents of Trust, suggesting a need for further research. Recommendations are directed towards the necessity of qualitative research to understand the process of Trust recovery, and for platforms to invest in robust compliance governance and functional digital literacy education.

Abstract

The quality of higher education, particularly in the health sector, is highly dependent on lecturer competence. This study analyzes the implementation of Human Resource Management (HRM) in developing lecturer competence at the Darussalam Martapura Midwifery Academy, identifying the strategies and obstacles encountered. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants and supported by the analysis of real lecturer demographic documents. The HRM implementation at Akbid Darussalam Martapura was found to be effective in maintaining basic pedagogical competence (100% internal workshop participation) but failed in strategic career development. This gap is evidenced by 0% of lecturers holding a Doctoral (S3) degree and a very low realization of external clinical training (5.6%). This failure is attributed to a generally planned Training Needs Analysis (TNA) that is not integrated with specific S3 needs, and a performance evaluation system focusing on administration rather than the real impact of competence improvement. The main root cause is budget and resource limitations hindering the provision of scholarships and financial support for further studies. The current contribution of HRM merely maintains the status quo, demanding a revision of the HRM SOP, allocation of a special budget for S3 scholarships, and improvement of impact-based performance evaluation systems.
