Abstract

Literature Review analysis of the influence of work stress and workload on employee performance is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether work stress and workload affect employee performance. The method uses a literature review approach, which aims to study and analyze various sources of literature related to the influence of employee performance, especially in the context of work stress and workload. The results of this article are: 1) Work stress affects employee performance, 2) Workload affects employee performance. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of viral marketing, there are many other factors including work motivation, job satisfaction and organizational culture.

Abstract

Literature Review of Price Determination, and Promotion in Increasing Competitiveness is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether products, prices, and promotions play a role in Competitiveness. The qualitative approach method with the literature review method to explore and analyze the relationship between price, promotion, and competitiveness. The results of this article are: 1) Price plays a role in increasing Competitiveness, 2) Promotion plays a role in increasing Competitiveness. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Competitiveness, there are still many other factors including social media, viral marketing, and place atmosphere.

Qualitative approach method with literature review method to explore and analyze the relationship between fitness, training consistency, teamwork, mentality and athlete performance. The results of this article are: 1) Athlete performance affects fitness, 2) Athlete performance affects training consistency, 3) Athlete performance affects teamwork, 4) Athlete performance affects mentality. Apart from these 4 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of Athlete Performance, there are many other factors including quality of education, discipline, character building, physical activity.

Literature review of fitness and mental factors affecting the performance of sports teachers is a scientific article with the aim of analyzing whether teacher performance is influenced by fitness and mentality. The qualitative approach method with the literature study method (literature review) to explore and analyze the relationship between fitness, mentality, and teacher performance. The results of this article are: 1) Fitness affects the performance of sports teachers, 2) Mentality affects the performance of sports teachers. Apart from these 2 exogenous variables that affect the endogenous variable of teacher performance, there are many other factors including the quality of education, discipline, character building, physical activity, and principal leadership.
