Abstract

Students in the Primary School Teacher Education Program at Nahdlatul Ulama University Blitar's Faculty of Education and Social Sciences in 2022 had their theses reviewed for grammatical and spelling mistakes. This study employs a content analysis strategy based on qualitative descriptive research. Methods for analyzing thesis materials include spotting, categorizing, and rating linguistic errors. Grammar, spelling, word choice, and sentence structure errors were among the many forms of language errors found after painstaking analysis of data extracted from thesis materials. The study's findings show that spelling and grammar mistakes, followed by errors in word choice and sentence structure, are the most common types of language problems. The conclusion of this study highlights the need for enhanced guidance and training in academic writing for students, as well as greater attention from supervising lecturers during the thesis writing process to minimize language errors. This study provides significant contributions to improving the quality of academic writing within the university environment and suggests the implementation of specialized training programs to enhance students' language proficiency in scientific writing.

Abstract

Analysis of the use of Indonesian on the gadgetin Youtube channel as an effort to promote the Vivo mobile phone brand. Analysis is a very intensive examination process in a research object. Indonesian is the official language in Indonesia, which is used by the Indonesian population as a means of daily communication. An analysis of the use of Indonesian is an analysis that describes observational studies of various aspects of language, including grammar, vocabulary, phonology, morphology, syntax, and pragmatics. The gadgetin youtube channel is a channel that focuses on reviewing information about technology that discusses various of the latest technology products. Promotion is a way to increase sales. The vivo mobile phone brand is one of the mobile phone brands originating from China. The method used is qualitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive is research that aims to describe and understand a more in-depth situation. This data collection technique is from listening to youtube broadcasts, recording, analyzing. The purpose of the study is to examine the use of Indonesian on the Gadgetin Youtube Channel as an effort to promote the Vivo mobile phone brand.

Abstract

Feminism is a social and political movement aimed at achieving gender equality between women and men. It challenges discrimination and injustices based on gender in society. Literature portrays aesthetic and linguistic beauty, a novel is a narrative prose literary work. The issue of feminism is currently highly popular among readers; through this article, it is hoped that the reality of feminism in the novel "Dua Garis Biru" can be understood. This article employs a qualitative descriptive method relevant to contextual and real phenomena. The research findings highlight the character of Dara, characterized by hard work, responsibility, and resilience. These traits depict liberal feminism, radical feminism, and Marxist feminism realities. Overall, the novel "Dua Garis Biru" represents existential feminism by portraying strong, independent, dominant female characters who bravely defy gender stereotypes and patriarchal social constructions.

Abstract

Penelitian kritik sastra berjudul “Urgensi Pendidikan Seks bagi Pelajar dalam Perspektif Sosiologi Sastra: Kajian Novel Dua Garis Biru Karya Lucia Priandarini” bertujuan menganalisis pentingnya pendidikan seks bagi siswa melalui pendekatan sosiologi sastra. Karya Lucia Priandarini dipilih sebagai objek kajian karena mampu menggambarkan secara realistis konsekuensi kurangnya pemahaman remaja tentang seksualitas serta dampak dari keputusan yang mereka ambil. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dengan metode simak dan catat, yaitu membaca teks secara intensif dan mencatat kutipan yang relevan dengan tema penelitian. Analisis data menggunakan analisis isi dengan model interaktif Matthew B. Miles dan A. Michael Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karya tersebut menegaskan pentingnya pendidikan seks yang komprehensif sebagai sarana membantu remaja mengambil keputusan yang bertanggung jawab. Pendidikan seks yang tepat diharapkan dapat menekan angka kehamilan remaja, penyakit menular seksual, dan pernikahan usia dini, serta berkontribusi dalam membentuk generasi yang lebih sadar dan bertanggung jawab.
