Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve digital literacy and accelerate digital transformation in the new normal by strengthening the capacity of village officials and community members to effectively use digital technology in their daily activities. The program was implemented in 2022 in Wanasari Village, through participatory, educational, and practical approaches that actively involved local stakeholders throughout the implementation process. The program consisted of several stages, including preparation, needs assessment, socialization, hands-on training, mentoring, and evaluation to ensure that participants acquired both theoretical knowledge and practical digital skills. The activities focused on optimizing digital-based public services, introducing collaboration applications to support work, education, and communication, and improving village administrative management through simple digital systems. During the mentoring phase, participants received continuous guidance to enhance their confidence and ability to apply digital tools in real-life situations. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants' understanding and competence in using digital technologies. Village officials became more capable of delivering efficient and transparent administrative services, while community members successfully adopted digital collaboration platforms for communication and productivity. Village administrative records became more organized and accessible through digital management. The program contributed positively to sustainable community digital transformation and strengthened digital readiness for future development.

Abstract

The community service program aims to optimize the use of information technology by developing and implementing a web-based sales management system for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The program addresses the primary challenge partners face: the continued use of manual, unstructured record-keeping methods, which often make it difficult to manage transactions, monitor inventory, prepare sales reports, and make business decisions based on accurate data. The implementation method consisted of several stages, including an initial survey, needs analysis, system design and development, user training, mentoring, system implementation, and evaluation. The web-based system was designed to simplify daily business operations by integrating sales transactions, inventory management, customer data, and financial reporting into a single platform. Training and mentoring activities were conducted to ensure that MSME actors could operate the system effectively and independently. The results demonstrated that the developed system significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced recording errors, enhanced data accuracy, and simplified the preparation of sales reports. Furthermore, participants showed increased digital literacy and greater confidence in adopting information technology to support business activities. Overall, this program provides an effective technological solution that promotes sustainable digital transformation and improves the competitiveness and productivity of MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) entitled Utilization of Collaboration Technology for Work Productivity aims to improve public understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology, especially during the transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to a hybrid work system. This program was implemented in Wanasari Village, Cibitung, targeting students and entry-level workers who need digital competencies to support academic and professional activities. The implementation methods included preparation, training, mentoring, evaluation, and reporting stages. The training focused on the utilization of collaboration tools such as Google Workspace and the implementation of digital-based work management practices. Participants were trained through practical sessions and guidance to improve their ability to manage documents, communicate, share information, and collaborate effectively using digital platforms. The results showed increased understanding and skills in using collaboration technology, improved digital teamwork capabilities, and the development of more efficient and productive work patterns. Although challenges such as limited internet access and different levels of digital literacy were encountered, the program was successfully conducted and achieved its objectives. Overall, this program provides a positive contribution to enhancing digital readiness, supporting work productivity, and preparing the community for an increasingly digitalized work environment today.
