Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising the performance of the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction project , both partially and simultaneously . The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method. This study was conducted on the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction improvement project by collecting data using a questionnaire , the sample used was 45 respondents. The data source in this study is primary data with multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing, with data processing using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that planning has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction improvement project . Organizing has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction improvement project . Implementation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction improvement project . Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Karawang-Cikampek-Pamanukan road construction improvement project . Project management consisting of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising has a significant influence on the performance of the Karawang–Cikampek–Pamanukan Road construction improvement project .

Abstract

The success of a construction project is greatly influenced by the ability to manage risks effectively, particularly through risk communication and risk control. This study aims to analyze the influence of risk communication and risk control on project performance in the Curug Klari Bridge construction project in Karawang. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data were obtained through questionnaires distributed to parties involved in the project implementation and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 26. The results indicate that risk communication has a positive and significant effect on project performance. Risk control also has a positive and significant effect on project performance. Furthermore, risk communication and risk control simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on project performance. These findings indicate that effective risk communication and consistent risk control can improve coordination, support decision-making, minimize the impact of risks, and encourage the achievement of project objectives. Therefore, the implementation of risk communication and risk control needs to be an integrated part of project management to improve construction project performance.

Abstract

Keterlambatan proyek konstruksi merupakan permasalahan yang dapat menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya, penurunan produktivitas, dan tidak tercapainya target penyelesaian proyek. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan proyek, tenaga kerja, dan komunikasi terhadap keterlambatan proyek pada Proyek Akses Jalan Tol Padaasih–Subang. Penelitian memakai metode kuantitatif dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden yang terlibat dalam proyek. Datanya dianalisis memanfaatkan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan proyek yang tidak efisien, tenaga kerja yang tidak kompeten, dan komunikasi yang buruk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlambatan proyek. Variabel pelaksanaan proyek yang tidak efisien merupakan faktor paling dominan dalam keterlambatan proyek. Nilai R² 92% artinya variasi keterlambatan proyek dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan efisiensi pelaksanaan proyek, kompetensi tenaga kerja, dan efektivitas komunikasi merupakan faktor penting dalam mengurangi keterlambatan proyek.
