Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi zona berpotensi mineralisasi Unsur Tanah Jarang (Rare Earth Elements/REE) dan memetakan distribusi spasialnya menggunakan analisis geokimia dan pendekatan geostatistik. Unsur yang dianalisis meliputi La, Ce, Nd, Pr, Sm, dan Tb. Sampel tanah dikumpulkan dengan metode grid sistematis dan dianalisis untuk menentukan konsentrasi REE. Data diolah menggunakan interpolasi Ordinary Kriging berdasarkan model variogram omnidireksional. Seluruh variogram mengikuti model sferis dengan nilai nugget rendah hingga sedang, yang menunjukkan kontinuitas dan korelasi spasial yang baik. Hasil interpolasi menunjukkan bahwa La, Ce, Nd, Pr, dan Sm terkonsentrasi di bagian barat hingga barat daya daerah penelitian, sedangkan Tb menunjukkan pengayaan di bagian barat tengah. Sebaliknya, wilayah timur dan timur laut memiliki konsentrasi REE yang lebih rendah sehingga berpotensi mineralisasi terbatas. Abstract. This study aims to identify potential Rare Earth Elements (REE) mineralization zones and map their spatial distribution using geochemical and geostatistical analyses. Soil samples were collected using a systematic grid sampling method and analyzed for La, Ce, Nd, Pr, Sm, and Tb concentrations. The data were interpolated using Ordinary Kriging based on omnidirectional variogram models. All variograms were best fitted by a spherical model with low to moderate nugget effects, indicating good spatial continuity and correlation. The results show that La, Ce, Nd, Pr, and Sm are concentrated in the western to southwestern parts of the study area, while Tb is enriched in the west-central area. In contrast, the eastern and northeastern parts exhibit lower REE concentrations and limited mineralization potential.
