Abstract

This research is motivated by the low understanding of the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Woja regarding the basic techniques of the long jump and the less than optimal utilization of learning technology. This study aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective 3D biomechanics animation video-based physical education learning media. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) by applying the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Product quality is assessed based on aspects of validity (material experts, media, and question instruments), practicality (teacher and student responses), and effectiveness (student learning outcome tests). Data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively and qualitatively. The results showed that the media met the very valid criteria from material experts (91%), valid criteria from media experts (80%), and question validation (74%). The practicality aspect reached the very practical category based on teacher responses (91%) and student responses (94%). The effectiveness aspect was proven by the average student post-test score of 88.0 and the classical completion rate reaching 90.6% (29 students met the KKM). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the PJOK learning media based on 3D biomechanical animation videos is valid, practical, and effective, so it is suitable for use to improve students' understanding of basic long jump techniques. Keywords: Learning media, 3D biomechanics animation video, PJOK, long jump Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Woja terhadap teknik dasar lompat jauh serta pemanfaatan teknologi pembelajaran yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran PJOK berbasis video animasi biomekanika 3D yang valid, praktis, dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menerapkan model pengembangan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Kualitas produk dinilai berdasarkan aspek kevalidan (ahli materi, media, dan instrumen soal), kepraktisan (respon guru dan siswa), serta keefektifan (tes hasil belajar siswa). Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dari ahli materi (91%), kriteria valid dari ahli media (80%), dan validasi soal (74%). Aspek kepraktisan mencapai kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan respon guru (91%) dan respon siswa (94%). Aspek keefektifan dibuktikan dengan rata-rata nilai post-test siswa sebesar 88,0 serta tingkat ketuntasan klasikal yang mencapai 90,6% (29 siswa memenuhi KKM). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran PJOK berbasis video animasi biomekanika 3D ini valid, praktis, dan efektif, sehingga layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman teknik dasar lompat jauh siswa.
