The measurement instrument used a Likert scale with five answer choices. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to answer the hypothesis through the SPSS 27.0 for windows program, consisting of t-test, F-test and coefficient of determination. The results of the analysis show that partially workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction as evidenced by the regression coefficient of -0.419 and sig 0.001 <0.05. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction as indicated by the regression coefficient of 0.437 and sig 0.001 <0.05.
