Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors influencing entrepreneurial success in the agricultural sector. The agricultural sector plays a vital role in the community's economy, but the success of agricultural businesses is influenced by various internal and external factors. This study used a quantitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to agricultural business owners and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that business capital, education level, business experience, innovation, access to technology, and government support significantly influence entrepreneurial success in the agricultural sector. Innovation and business management skills are the dominant factors determining business development. Furthermore, motivation and the ability to adapt to market changes also influence the sustainability of agricultural businesses. This study concludes that entrepreneurial success in the agricultural sector is not solely determined by economic factors but also by skills, creativity, and a supportive business environment. Therefore, entrepreneurship training, access to capital, and government policy support are needed to increase the success of agricultural entrepreneurs. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios on profit growth at PT Citra Pratama Intisetia Makassar during the period 2013–2017. The financial ratios examined include liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. This research employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the company’s financial statements. The data were analyzed using financial ratio analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that the liquidity ratio has a positive and significant effect on profit growth, the solvency ratio has a negative and significant effect on profit growth, the activity ratio has a positive effect on profit growth, while the profitability ratio has a positive but insignificant effect on profit growth. These findings suggest that effective financial ratio management plays an important role in supporting company profit growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village development planning management on community participation in Gantarangkeke Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency. Village development planning management in this study focuses on three main aspects, namely community empowerment, coordination, and program socialization. The research uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research population consisted of the community and government officials, with proportional sampling. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that community empowerment, coordination, and program socialization simultaneously have a positive effect on community participation in village development planning. Partially, community empowerment is the most dominant factor in encouraging community participation. These findings indicate that the success of village development planning is largely determined by the quality of planning management that can enhance community capacity, strengthen coordination among stakeholders, and optimize the dissemination of development program information. Therefore, enhancing the role of village development planning management is a crucial strategy in achieving participatory and sustainable village development planning.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi desa merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan pengentasan kemiskinan, Salah satu instrumen strategis dalam penguatan ekonomi desa adalah koperasi.  Desa Bonto Mate’ne merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Sinoa Kabupaten Bantaeng yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup beragam, terutama pada sektor pertanian dan usaha mikro yang dapat dimaksimalkan dengan kehadiran Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP). Namun, lemahnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait koperasi, khususnya Koperasi Desa Merah Putih memberi dampak berupa kurangnya partisipasi dan minat Masyarakat untuk menjadi anggota koperasi KDMP. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk mempercepat pengembangan koperasi desa merah putih sebagai upaya mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode FGD dan menhasilkan dua rekomendasi solusi dalam upaya percepatan pengembangan KDMP selain itu juga diharapkan kolaborasi pihak terkait untuk menunjang pengembangan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP) Desa Bonto Mate’ne.
