Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of village development planning management on community participation in Gantarangkeke Subdistrict, Bantaeng Regency. Village development planning management in this study focuses on three main aspects, namely community empowerment, coordination, and program socialization. The research uses a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research population consisted of the community and government officials, with proportional sampling. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that community empowerment, coordination, and program socialization simultaneously have a positive effect on community participation in village development planning. Partially, community empowerment is the most dominant factor in encouraging community participation. These findings indicate that the success of village development planning is largely determined by the quality of planning management that can enhance community capacity, strengthen coordination among stakeholders, and optimize the dissemination of development program information. Therefore, enhancing the role of village development planning management is a crucial strategy in achieving participatory and sustainable village development planning.

Abstract

Pembangunan ekonomi desa merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya mewujudkan pemerataan pembangunan dan pengentasan kemiskinan, Salah satu instrumen strategis dalam penguatan ekonomi desa adalah koperasi.  Desa Bonto Mate’ne merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Sinoa Kabupaten Bantaeng yang memiliki potensi ekonomi yang cukup beragam, terutama pada sektor pertanian dan usaha mikro yang dapat dimaksimalkan dengan kehadiran Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP). Namun, lemahnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait koperasi, khususnya Koperasi Desa Merah Putih memberi dampak berupa kurangnya partisipasi dan minat Masyarakat untuk menjadi anggota koperasi KDMP. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kegiatan sosialisasi dan pendampingan untuk mempercepat pengembangan koperasi desa merah putih sebagai upaya mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode FGD dan menhasilkan dua rekomendasi solusi dalam upaya percepatan pengembangan KDMP selain itu juga diharapkan kolaborasi pihak terkait untuk menunjang pengembangan Koperasi Desa Merah Putih (KDMP) Desa Bonto Mate’ne.

Abstract

abupaten Bulukumba memiliki potensi pariwisata yang kaya, mencakup wisata bahari, alam, dan budaya, seperti Pantai Bira dan tradisi pembuatan kapal Pinisi. Namun, pengelolaan dan penyampaian informasi pariwisata masih bersifat konvensional dan belum terintegrasi secara spasial, sehingga menyulitkan wisatawan dalam mengakses informasi serta membatasi dukungan data bagi pengambilan keputusan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Geografis berbasis web (WebGIS) sebagai media digitalisasi informasi pariwisata Kabupaten Bulukumba yang interaktif dan terintegrasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan model pengembangan perangkat lunak Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tipe prototyping. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan Dinas Pariwisata, dan studi kepustakaan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan data koordinat geografis, basis data objek wisata dan fasilitas pendukung, serta teknologi WebGIS untuk visualisasi peta digital. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa WebGIS yang dikembangkan mampu menampilkan lokasi objek wisata secara interaktif, menyajikan informasi destinasi dan fasilitas secara detail, serta menyediakan visualisasi spasial dan akses rute berbasis peta digital. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi penyebaran informasi pariwisata serta mendukung analisis spasial sederhana bagi pengelola dan pengambil kebijakan.   Bulukumba Regency has diverse tourism potential, including marine, natural, and cultural attractions, such as Bira Beach and the traditional Pinisi shipbuilding heritage. However, tourism information management in this region remains conventional, fragmented, and not spatially integrated, making it difficult for tourists to access accurate information and limiting data support for location-based decision-making by local governments. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Geographic Information System (WebGIS) as an interactive and integrated digital platform for tourism information in Bulukumba Regency. The research adopts a descriptive approach with a software engineering methodology using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) prototyping model. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the local Tourism Office, and literature review. The system was developed using geographic coordinate data, a database of tourist attractions and supporting facilities, and WebGIS technology for digital map visualization. System testing was conducted using black-box testing. The results indicate that the developed WebGIS is capable of presenting tourist locations interactively, providing detailed information on destinations and supporting facilities, and offering route access and spatial visualization based on digital maps. The implementation of this system improves the efficiency and accuracy of tourism information dissemination and supports basic spatial analysis for tourism management and policy-making.

Abstract

Kegiatan pencatatan dan pelaporan layanan kesehatan di Posyandu Bontotiro, Kabupaten Bulukumba, masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan pelaporan, dan keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan serta analisis data kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Posyandu berbasis digital guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan data layanan kesehatan di tingkat desa. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black-box. Sistem yang dikembangkan mendukung pencatatan data balita, ibu hamil, imunisasi, serta kegiatan penimbangan dan pemeriksaan kesehatan secara terintegrasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fungsi sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan, serta mampu meningkatkan keteraturan pencatatan data, mempercepat proses pelaporan, dan memudahkan akses informasi kesehatan dibandingkan dengan sistem manual sebelumnya. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi berupa model penerapan sistem informasi Posyandu yang dapat mendukung digitalisasi layanan kesehatan di tingkat desa dan berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lainnya dengan karakteristik serupa.   Health service recording and reporting activities at Posyandu Bontotiro, Bulukumba Regency, are still conducted manually, leading to data entry errors, reporting delays, and limited access to comprehensive health information management and analysis. This study aims to design and implement a digital-based Posyandu Information System to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of health service data management at the village level. The research methodology includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and functional testing using the black-box method. The developed system supports integrated recording of toddler data, pregnant women, immunization, and routine health monitoring activities. The testing results indicate that all system functionalities operate as expected, contributing to improved data organization, faster reporting processes, and easier access to health information compared to the previous manual system. This study contributes a practical model for implementing village-level health information systems that supports digital health services and can be replicated in other regions with similar characteristics.

Abstract

The Red and White Village/Subdistrict Cooperative is a new government policy initiative aimed at strengthening village economies through the spirit of mutual cooperation (gotong royong). This article presents a recent study on membership policies, governance, and community participation within the Red and White Village Cooperative. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive approach, employing a literature review of scholarly journals and an analysis of relevant policy documents. The findings indicate that the cooperative’s membership policy is inclusive of village residents; however, it faces challenges in encouraging active participation from more than half of the population as members. Cooperative governance is implemented democratically through Members’ Meetings, and the principles of transparency and accountability have begun to be applied, although managerial capacity at the local level remains limited. Member participation is shown to play a strategic role in the success of the cooperative—members act not only as beneficiaries but also as owners and managers, making their involvement in decision-making processes crucial. The main challenges identified include limited managerial competence among board members, potential overlap with Village-Owned Enterprises and the risk of dependency on central government support. Through strengthening member capacity, improving the quality of governance, and adopting a participatory approach, the Red and White Village Cooperative has the potential to become a model of independent, equitable, and sustainable village economic empowerment
