Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major health problem in Indonesia, and efficient drug management is essential to ensure continuous treatment and prevent resistance. At Udayana University Hospital, manual recording and reporting often caused delays and errors, while integration with the National Tuberculosis Information System (SITB) was limited. This study developed a TB drug information system using the throwaway prototype model to address these challenges and enhance hospital workflow efficiency. The system implementation demonstrated measurable improvements in operational performance, with data entry errors reduced by 83% and the average recording time per patient shortened by 35% compared to the previous manual process. User feedback confirmed improved usability, accuracy, and reliability in supporting hospital workflows and timely reporting. In conclusion, the proposed system effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of TB drug management while addressing hospital level operational challenges. This study demonstrates the applicability of the throwaway prototype model in healthcare information-system development and provides insights for scaling and integration with national TB programs.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the service sector, particularly boarding house and laundry businesses, often face challenges in managing operational data in an integrated and structured manner to support effective decision-making. In practice, most business owners rely on fragmented records and experiential judgment, resulting in limited ability to identify operational patterns and optimize business performance. This study proposes the design and implementation of a lightweight data management pipeline based on Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) and a data mart using a semi-Kimball approach to support Business Intelligence in MSMEs. The research adopts a Design Science Research (DSR) methodology, focusing on the development of a practical system artifact. The dataset consists of a combination of internal operational data, data from similar businesses, and simulated data reflecting realistic operational conditions. The system is implemented using Python for ETL processes, SQLite as a lightweight data warehouse, and Flask for backend and API services. The results demonstrate that the proposed system successfully integrates multi-source data—including occupancy, laundry transactions, and operational activities—into a structured and consistent data model. The system further enables the delivery of interactive dashboards that support descriptive and diagnostic analytics, facilitating the identification of operational patterns and improving data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

In a case study at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, recording daily logs by the operational team still faces challenges in terms of efficiency, consistency, and speed of information distribution. In response to these needs, a centralized web-based system called Angkasa Pura-Notebook was developed that is designed to record, monitor, and present information on operational activities and facility conditions in real-time. The development process involves analyzing user needs, designing interfaces, building the system using Laravel and Tailwind CSS, and evaluating through training and direct trials in the work environment. The implementation results show that the system has successfully improved coordination between shifts, made it easier to track facility conditions, and accelerated responses to operational constraints. By minimizing miscommunication and supporting structured digital record keeping, Angkasa Pura-Notebook is an effective solution to strengthen overall airport operational performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBMKG Region III Denpasar is an institution that provides public services such as equipment calibrationrequests and guest registration. However, these processes are still carried out manually using various platformslike Zoho Forms, Google Drive, and WhatsApp, leading to inefficiencies, a high risk of errors, and difficultiesin data tracking. This study aims to develop a web-based calibration request and digital guest book system toimprove the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of services. The system is designed using MySQL for thedatabase, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript for the interface, and PHP for server-side logic. Theimplementation results show that the system can automate the processes of request submission, paymentvalidation, complaint management, and guest registration in an integrated manner. Therefore, this systemsignificantly contributes to the digitalization of public services at BMKG Region III.Keywords: BMKG, Inskal Request System, Digital Guest Book, Public Services, Website, Service Automation

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan website profesional bagi Locus Hotel dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel 11 guna meningkatkan visibilitas digital dan daya saing di era modern. Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara industri perhotelan beroperasi, sehingga kehadiran digital yang optimal menjadi kebutuhan vital bagi PT. Econdelight sebagai pengelola Locus Hotel. Pengembangan website dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan dengan metodologi terstruktur yang mencakup tahap planning, research, UI/UX design, front-end implementation, dan testing. Website yang dikembangkan menerapkan pendekatan mobile-first design dengan fitur-fitur utama meliputi sistem manajemen reservasi kamar, virtual tour interaktif, galeri foto, profil hotel, penawaran khusus, dan blog informatif. Implementasi menggunakan color palette sophisticated dengan warna primer coklat gelap (#5B3B1B) dan typography system Roboto untuk menciptakan identitas visual yang konsisten. Hasil pengujian menggunakan Google Lighthouse menunjukkan performa yang sangat baik dengan skor Performance 83, Accessibility 92, Best Practices 96, dan SEO 83. Metrik performa teknis menunjukkan First Contentful Paint (FCP) 1,1 detik, Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) 2,3 detik, Total Blocking Time 20ms, dan Cumulative Layout Shift 0,082 yang memenuhi standar web modern. Website berhasil memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal di berbagai perangkat dengan desain responsif yang konsisten. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam meningkatkan kemampuan digital PT. Econdelight dan menjadi model implementasi teknologi web modern untuk industri perhotelan di Bali.

Abstract

Dalam era yang semakin maju dan serba digital, perusahaan mengembangkan Aplikasi Mobile Meja Dokter untuk memperluas bisnis ke arah Business to Consumer (B2C) dan meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen. Aplikasi ini memudahkan pengguna dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan, menemukan fasilitas medis dan melakukan pemesanan layanan medis secara efisien. Pengembangan dilakukan melalui tahapan seperti brainstorming, user research, analisis kompetitor, pembuatan wireframe, design high fidelity dan pembuatan prototype. Aplikasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi digital yang inovatif dan user-friendly, mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis PT DLN Karya Bangsa serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.
