Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran audiovisual yang layak, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa. Pengembangan media ini dilakukan karena pembelajaran masih didominasi oleh metode ceramah, yang kurang menarik dan memengaruhi motivasi serta pemahaman siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar validasi ahli, kuesioner tanggapan guru dan siswa, serta tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran audiovisual yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat layak oleh ahli materi pelajaran dan ahli media, mendapat tanggapan positif dari guru dan siswa, serta mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, media pembelajaran audiovisual ini dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran alternatif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, menarik, dan bermakna.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the general picture of student disciplinary violations, implementation of education and understanding of rules, the process of implementing mediation services, and the effectiveness of mediation services in resolving violations.This community service (PkM) program involves determining the subject or target audience, implementing the activity, and collecting and analyzing data. This section explains how the team identifies problems, implements solutions, and measures the program's success in the field. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and document review. Student disciplinary violations at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan are still dominated by minor violations, indicating that some students have not yet optimally internalized the value of discipline. Efforts to educate and understand the rules have been implemented through socialization of disciplinary rules, classical guidance, coaching by guidance counselors, homeroom teachers, and subject teachers, thereby increasing students' understanding of the importance of discipline and responsibility. The implementation of mediation services is carried out systematically through problem identification, mediation processes, education, and follow-up, so that they not only function to resolve conflicts but also shape character, improve communication skills, and raise students' awareness to comply with school rules. Mediation services have proven effective in reducing disciplinary violations, improving interpersonal relationships, and strengthening a culture of discipline and Islamic character within SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan through collaboration between guidance counselors, the principal, homeroom teachers, teachers, and parents.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the planning, organization, implementation and supervision of the development of teaching staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data sources for this research are the Basic Education Council, the Principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out using the Miles and Huberman model. Techniques for guaranteeing data validity by means of data triangulation and confirmability. There are four findings in this research, namely: (1) Planning for the development of teaching staff is carried out on three bases, namely: the school's vision and mission, reports on supervision results and the increasingly developing conditions of the times. (2) Organizing the development of teaching staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan is a functional organization, carried out by detailing all tasks, work that must be carried out and carried out by each personnel in the school organization in terms of achieving goals. (3) Implementation of the development of teaching staff at SMP Muhammdiyah 2 Medan using two programs, namely On The Job Training and Off The Job Training. (4) Supervision of the development of teaching staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan is internal supervision. Internal supervision is supervision carried out by the highest leadership within the organization itself.
