Abstract

AbstractThe data leak incident that hit the National Data Center (NDC) in June 2024 became one of the biggest cyber crises in the history of the Indonesian government's digital transformation. The attack, which used LockBit 3.0 ransomware, paralyzed hundreds of public services, showing the weakness of the national cybersecurity system and decreasing public trust in the government. This research aims to analyze the chronology, impact, and mitigation strategies that can be applied in overcoming the digital security crisis in the government sector. Using a case study-based qualitative-descriptive study approach, data was collected from documentation, official government reports, scientific journals, and media coverage. The results show that the main causes of data leakage lie in weak security management, absence of data backup, and poor implementation of digital system governance. The study recommends the need for national policy updates, human resource capacity building, and the adoption of cutting-edge security technologies to strengthen government cyber resilience.

Abstract

Waste management issues in Nagori Karang Rejo are characterized by waste burning and dumping along riverbanks, as well as limited waste management facilities. This study aims to analyze the application of eco-theological values through the “Sedekah Sampah” Program as an effort to preserve the environment and strengthen community cooperation. The study employed a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The program was implemented through outreach, collection and sorting of inorganic waste, as well as waste management and sales through the Mosque Prosperity Board (BKM). The results indicate that the Waste Charity Program can increase community environmental awareness through the application of tauhid, khalifah, amanah, and mizan values, along with efforts to avoid fasad fil-ardh. The program also strengthens mutual cooperation through the involvement of community members, KKN students, village officials, and the BKM. Proceeds from waste sales are used to support mosque funds, providing social and religious benefits. Program sustainability requires active community participation, clear role distribution, and consistent management. Thus, the program can support sustainable and participatory environmental management through religious values at the local community level.
